就在大家欢(wàn)天(fēn)喜(jiū)地(xīn)地度过了一个圣(nuè)诞(gǒu)节(jié)，正盼着元旦假期到来之际，以四六级考试中心为首的教育部，于公元2015年12月29日公然违背广大考生意愿的情况下悍然发动了政…啊不，是又一次炸裂性的改革！自从06年确立了新四六级大格局以来，21世纪的我们已经经历了2012年12月开始实行的多题多卷、2013年12月的大改革，万万没想到在大学四年里竟然经历了再一次的改革…而且这次来势汹汹的改革直指所有小伙伴们的软肋中的软肋——听力（此处默哀1分钟，为我们在四六级考场上一次又一次跌倒的青春）。简洁地来说，四六级听力将于2016年6月全面改革，四级取消短对话，取消短文听力，新增短篇新闻。六级取消短对话，取消短文听写，听力篇章调整为两篇，新增讲座/讲话。新题型将更具备新鲜度、实用性、国际化。 为师在29号深夜官方消息传来之后第一时间扩散了出去，然而，还在睡梦中的童鞋们直到第二天才明白发生了什么，下面是本仙子在微博评论现场发回的报道——鹿人甲：什么我看到了什么！鹿人乙：完蛋惹…我选择死亡…鹿人丙：硬生生被学校拖到明年六月，结果改革…改革了…鹿人丁：醉醉哒~这下又要和痒寒假（春季）见了鹿人戊：仙子你是不是存心吓宝宝！#微笑脸#鹿人己：我有点方……静静你在哪我想你了……鹿人庚：反正听不懂…改不改并没有什么区别，反正都是蒙，没有短文听写说不定还能多蒙对几道题#摊手#鹿人申：中考改革，高考改革，大学四六级改革，我一定是被上帝选中的孩子#手动再见#其他七嘴八舌：考了7次六级，经历阅读听力两次改革，真的是醉了~然而我还是没有过……学校和教育部泥们简直无法无天，就差上天了，我还得送你窜天猴咋的？ 啊咳，淡定，同学们要明白教育部这么做，一定有他的原因。且不说为师多次在课堂上提到，整个四六级的考试史就是一部中国考试抄袭托福的历史，也不说课堂上为师多次用自己从小学即开始收听CRI中国国际广播电台至今的栗子告诉大家可以利用听广播新闻等沉浸式方式训练，更不说为师多次苦口婆心地跟大家安利歌单、影单以及“跟读听写”大法，即便在我们一起做过的很多练习中也会发现，近年来短对话中同样类型同样话题同样出题方式的题目已经在大量重复十年前的题目了，这些都隐隐地在暗示着什么？没错，大家对于“短对话七怪”（敢说不记得？）等短对话常规法则的熟知、短对话题库的穷竭，已经使得教育部重新思考如何提高考试的效度了；另一方面，从2013年12月的大改革中的阅读段落匹配题型的设置，我们也早已明显感受到国内考试正在气势汹汹地向国外考试（雅思、托福等）靠拢的节奏了。而且每次改革后的考试无疑在出题形式上结合了国内外众多考试形式之精华与高效，力图让考试本身最大程度的反映出考生的实际能力和水平，并迫使学生为了相应的题型去进行必要的学习准备。【什么？你还想知道更内幕的原因？……其实2015年5月12日四六级考委会完成换届，第四届CET考试委员会成立，本次改革表明新官上任三把火已经开始点燃。】（请允许为师阴谋论一下：严重怀疑是不是专四专八的专家们已调任到四六级命题组→_→） 那么就以四级听力的改革样题为例，我们一起来看一下到底发生了怎样的改变以及难度到底如何变化了呢。四级听力试题的调整：取消短对话取消短文听写新增短篇新闻（3段）其余测试内容不变，调整后四级听力部分结构如下：测试内容测试题型题量分值比例短篇新闻3段选择题（单选）7题7%（每题1分）长对话2篇选择题（单选）8题8%（每题1分）听力篇章3篇选择题（单选）10题20%（每题2分） 在题型上，取消了短对话和短文听写，没有变动的是长对话和短文。为什么要去除呢？因为考虑到实用性。还记得为师曾告诫大家，短对话其实来源于老托福的题型设置，而每一次改革都是在向国外考试贴近，只知其一不知其二的同学们是否了解，相对于老托福，新托福对于听力的要求已经达到了逆天的程度，短对话已经逐渐淡出，同时增加了大量教授的讲课内容（即lecture）和长篇对话，因此四六级作为模仿者必然更加强调其实用性：短对话内容基本都不是学术类的话题，对于大学生来说和将来学习相关较少，因此被取消也是情理之中，这也是新闻作为新题型出现的原因。另外，对于短文听写的取消，很多同学简直要旋转跳跃闭着眼了——反正每次正确率也只有20%嘛！但说起来，听写其实和听力理解确实并没有太大的关系，而更多考察的是词汇和语法，那么取消后的分值去哪里了呢？【请注意！】短文听力作为没有太大改动的项目，10道题总分值由10%升高到了20%！请大家大声地告诉我哪里来的分值？没错就是听写转化而来！所以今后的短文听力每题几分？换算下来是不是竟然等同于深度阅读的一题14多分！再来看看吓屎人的新增项目——短篇新闻。其实吧，新闻听力这种题型在专四专八考试中一直存在，也是今年9月才取消的项目。这样看来下放到四六级里了（卧槽），而这样的下放意味着什么呢？没错，就是国内语言等级考试的难度普遍提升。字数：150字左右，共3篇题材：国外负面新闻。同学们，大家还记得为师上课提到的政审原则吗？能通过社会主义国家政治审核的国外新闻必须符合什么特征？没错！那就是国外人民必须生活在水深火热之中！既然新闻这种赤裸裸的意识形态题型都出现了，还不用此规律更待何时？要说明的是，对于听力词汇来说，由于短对话的取消，场景词的作用一定会大大下降，而书面化的新闻词汇大幅度增加，且一定要比普通的听力词汇量大，考纲也一定会针对这一部分有所变化，希望大家平时注意积累。题量：2-2-3（7道题）题型：主旨、细节主旨（一定开头出答案。我们可以联想一下史上最长连续剧《新闻联播》：下面是内容提要）细节（重要考点。我们在长对话和短文听力中都曾提到过这些考点词汇，请大家在将来的考试中也一定要注意这些考点的存在。）*根据2013年12月之后的长对话和短文中大量出现需要记笔记的趋势来看，在新闻中但凡出现的数据都极易作为出题点考查，这也是专四专八对新闻听力的传统考察形式。来源：BBC/VOA等虽然来源于国外媒体，但由于四级考试级别限制，语速一定会降低，难词一定会改写，整体报道进行降级处理，但由于新闻句子过长，词汇范围广，难度仍高于短对话。从本次样题的原文材料上看，取材基本都是五年前的新闻，时效性不太强，所以这不作为重点训练的方向。请大家一定要多关注BBC/VOA/CNN甚至CRI等播报的新闻，但请筛选材料，不宜使用过难内容。 最后给出大家一些新四六级听力的备考建议：平时尽量多听英语新闻（BBC 1分钟新闻/VOA special），并且可以通过中文新闻了解新闻背景，这样即便出现生词但也能大概了解事件始末。在大量的练习中积累新闻词汇（请结合英文解释和例句记忆！）。利用专四的news item题目进行联系，鉴于专四取消新闻听力也是2015年8月份的事情，现在某宝上买一些老的专四听力材料还是有的。 以下是官方样题中的新闻听力部分及答案出处： Questions 1 to 2 will be based on the following newsitem.1.
