合成句里要把then去掉，否则语义重复了

其实很简单，第一步是确定先行词（一般是在两句话都出现的），然后根据先行词确定关系代词或者关系副词把句子连接，最后把从句中的先行词要去掉。如：I like the book.The book is green.我们可以看到，两句话都含有的是the book，那么这个就是先行词，先行词是物，所以我们可以确定用关系代词that或者which，最后把从句中的the book去掉就可以了。即I like the book that/which is green.
