  一、教材分析

  二、学生分析

  本学期,是英语试行使用新教材的第二学年,为此,我紧紧把握新大纲、新教材的指导精神,认真学习教育思想、教学理念、教学方法等,提高了认识,更新了观念,为圆满完成本学期的教学任务,特制定计划如下:
  一、教学目的任务:

  本班级共有学生36人,其中男生22人,女生14人,学生对英语表现出浓厚兴趣,并有了一定的英语基础,能运用英语进行初步的交际。本班学生大多基础知识掌握良好,掌握了一定的技能技巧,学风较正。但有少数学生由于学习态度不够端正,基础不扎实,能力也较差,学习比较困难。

  学生经过一年的学习,有了一定的英语学习基础,大多数学生产生了浓厚的英语学习兴趣,但也有些学生已失去了刚开始的兴趣,出现两极分化现象,还要注重培养学生良好的学习英语的习惯。

  本学期的教学内容包含了一些新的语言现象,如描述正在进行的动作,;比较两个事物等。关于描述正在进行的动作和状态,要分阶段反复进行,要坚持大容量,长时间的输入。本学期要让学生掌握必要的语言知识,形成必需的应用语言的能力。
  五、教学方法:
  1、按照《英语课程标准》对小学阶段两级总体课程目标和具体内容目标的要求,结合《新标准英语》教学内容及教师用书中所提供的教学建议,三年级起点第三册第一模块至第十模块的教学任务。
  2、对于三年级起点第三册模块的教学,教师应根据学生的实际水平和具体情况确定自己的教学重点。对学生已学过的内容,以发展学生综合运用英语的能力为目标,发展学生用英语做事情的能力,通过设计一些任务型活动如:调查、小组活动、情景描述、说明等,对所学内容进行扩展性的运用语言进行交际能力的训练,而不是简单的机械重复。同时,教师应在注重培养学生听、说英语能力的基础上,逐步培养学生读和写的能力

  和谐的课堂气氛可以使学生的情绪高昂、优良好的心态,从而提高课堂效果。因此,老师们时刻注意着把微笑带进课堂,将欢乐带给学生;在课堂上认真。和蔼的对待每一位学生,尊重学生的意见,信任他们向上的愿望,理解他们的错误,激励每一位学生的进步,对学困生更要加倍关注。和谐的课堂气氛培养了学生敢于思考、勇于创新的进取精神,使他们保持活拨、向上的心理态势的同时,获得了知识,提高了能力。
  b.运用新鲜、多样的教学手段和方法
  在教学过程中,教师避免过于单一的教学方法,对不同的内容、不同的学生采取了不同的教学方法,使学生各有所得。充分利用现代化教学手段,如:录音、录象、电脑等并结合其它的直观教具,如:实物、图片等为学生创设情景,让学生参与教学使他们更感兴趣地接受新知识;利用语音教室、多功能教室、网络教室让学生接受语言的熏陶、学会提留信息并不断地充实自己,提高能力。

  在教授新知的环节我主要采用了全身肢体反应法帮助学生边说边做,在做中学在玩中练,为他们创造了轻松愉悦的学习氛围,并发挥自己的想象做动作,来练习听说这些日常用语。同时结合图片展示法帮助学生理解单词和短语的意思。
  在抛沙包问答练习的游戏环节,学生积极性很高,都能主动参与游戏,在玩的过程中运用了新知识,从而突破本课的重难点。在以后的游戏教学中可以多采用类似的游戏方式帮助学生练习问答。
  我将课本的学习环节放到了最后,目的就是把它当做练习来做,学生在掌握了新知识以后,跟读课本会非常轻松,让他们带着问题去跟读,使听读更具有目的性。听读的效果会更好。第二遍让学生模仿读并做动作进行模仿练习。第三遍在跟读录音帮助完成板书。这三次跟读每次都有跟读的任务,是学生带着任务做事情,效率更高。
  这节课的整体效果还是不错,学生的积极性比较高,尤其是在说唱歌谣和抛沙包问答环节,课堂气氛也比较活跃,学生边玩边学。英语乐趣很是浓厚。在也有不足之处。
  比如在教短语时,都是平均用力量,只是个别学生对某些短语没有掌握。应该根据学生对这些短语的接受程度和短语本身的难易程度有所侧重,比如说 play with my teddy bear,学生学起来有些吃力,就要分开来学习。另外在这个的教学环节,学生个人说的少都是集体说或是小组说,应该多设计一些个人练听说的环节,来观察学生的学习情况从而做出相对应的调整;在书本的第二部分说唱歌谣的环节应该让学生跟光盘多说几遍,边跟读边表演,并鼓励学生背着说下来,以此来维持学生学习英语的兴趣。这节课虽然较前几课有所进步,但是学生个别练的还是少,在以后的教学当中应该多设计一些学生自己说的课堂活动,让大家都能得到练习,在玩中都有所收获。

  任教四年级英语以来,我把重点放在课堂教学上,因为英语教学主要是通过课堂教学来实现,课堂教学的质量决定了整个英语教学的质量和命运。反思这段时间的教学情况,我认为成功的英语教学应该具备三个基本要素。
  第一个要素,语言环境。语言学习最重要的问题是环境,如果不解决环境问题,语言学习就无法获得成功,无法获得预期的效应。四年级教学班的课时是每周四节。没有英语学习环境,课时又不多,这就决定了英语教学是一种困难的教学形式,确实需要老师花很多功夫。
  课堂教学中我关注的问题是在英语环境下课堂交流活动怎么组织。因为没有环境,全用英语来进行是困难的。有人说教师可以创造环境,上课教师不说汉语,只说英语,用英语组织教学活动。创造语言环境需要多年的坚持,不是一天两天可以创造出来的。
  第二个要素是 &方法&,即具体的教学方法。以前我们常采用输出教学,这是本末倒置的。就像没有经过春天的播种,夏天的耕作,到了秋天却想收割庄稼,这是违背语言教学规律的。
  英语教学中无论教学方法还是教学内容,都要注意显性和隐性两个方面。显性就是显性知识,是具体的教学内容,包括语言知识和语言技能。我们可以直接地教这些东西,不拐弯。课堂上尽量要多使用英语,当然有的时候也要用母语,讲得快,省时间。可以先给定义,后举例练习;也可以先举例子,后归纳。但是注意要让学生学到这些知识和技能,要学到语言本身。如果教学活动没有明确的教学目标,只是纯粹的为了表演,就不做。应该特别注意显性的、隐性的知识,以及显性和隐性的教学产生的影响,两方面不可偏废。我们学习英语,要学习它与汉语不同的地方。这是我们学习语言的重点之一。
  第三要素是要在课堂教学中培养学生的学习策略。学习策略非常重要,因为学外语,虽然教师的主导作用很重要,但最重要的还是学生自己的学习作用,学生要学会怎样去学习。实际上学生有很多的学习策略,各种各样的学习策略。 学习策略的一个重要方面,是培养学生的学习能力。第一就是对语音的认识能力,就是见到一个音就懂得规则,知道怎么发音、使用升调还是降调,会连读,会浊化、弱化,会用它,懂得它的功能,懂得它在什么时候能用,学习语言要有这种能力;第二是对语法的感受能力。交际能力的一个特征就是语法能力,交际能力里面包含了四个具体的能力,即语法能力、语篇能力、语用能力、策略能力。第三个是掌握归纳的能力,也是归纳学习的能力;第四就是记忆的能力。有人说素质教育应该反对死记硬背。那是不对的,记忆是人的思维认知活动,怎么能反对呢?语言学习最重要就是memory,不记忆就没法灵活使用。
  英语教学受诸多因素干扰,又缺乏语言环境,所以学习动力是非常重要的。有时你不给学生动力,他们就不学。试想有多少学生学英语是为了交际需要?很多都是为了评比。我的英语游戏、英语竞赛,都可以是动力。不仅教学,任何工作都需要动力支持。评价是必须的,只是要看用什么形式而已。当然竞赛不能过度使用。过多地开展竞赛,每节课都评比,也容易使学生产生逆反心理。所以在规定的教学时间内把英语教好,要注意其它学科知识与英语知识的融会贯通。学习英语这门课程的同时,要促进其他课程的学习,其他课程的学习也要促进英语的学习。另外,要处理各学习阶段的衔接,不搞无谓的重复。经常比较两种语言文化的差异,比较两种语言不同的重点和难点,达到融合借鉴,相得益彰。
