鼓刹、盘刹究竟哪个靠谱？不知道别说自己懂车

　　虽说现在的小型汽车都配盘式刹车，但并不代表鼓刹就是淘汰产品，两者可以说各有优势，只不过更适合不同种类的车型而已。是时候扩展一下这些刹车的知识了，避免像某知名电视台请来的专家那样，把板车悬挂说成是农民拖拉机专用就啼笑皆非了。
　　鼓刹、盘刹有何优劣？
　　一、鼓式刹车
　　鼓式刹车可以算是最早应用在车辆上的刹车系统，所谓“鼓”就是制动鼓，它安装在车轮上并随车轮一起转动。制动鼓里安装有刹车片，在刹车时，刹车活塞会向外推动刹车片与制动鼓产生摩擦，达到制动的效果。
　　鼓式刹车结构简单，制造成本较低，优点在于刹车力强，所以如货车这类自重较大的车辆一般都采用鼓刹。但最大缺点是散热差，由于制动工作机构是封闭在制动鼓内的，所以在连续刹车之后热量无法快速散掉(所以我们经常看到货车的刹车利用喷水来降温)。由于鼓式刹车的制动动作是刹车片往外“顶”，制动鼓在受热膨胀之后与刹车片的接触面会变小，从而影响制动效率。
　　而在小型车来说，鼓刹也会应用在车辆的后轮，就是我们所说的前盘后鼓的设计，这种设计比较耐用，对于像面包车这种车速不高但载重量大的车，前盘后鼓更好。当然，前后盘刹虽说更高级，不过一般城市行车的情况下，效果是差不多的，所以开前盘后鼓车型的人也无需担心安全性。
　　二、盘式刹车
　　盘式刹车是现在车辆上应用最广泛的刹车系统。刹车盘随车轮转动，在刹车时，刹车卡钳活塞会推动刹车片夹住刹车盘产生摩擦力，来达到制动效果。优点在于散热好，制动力平均，排水性好等。
　　当然，对汽车刹车性能的要求越来越高，特别是高端车型，所以盘式刹车也演变出多种不同的类型。
　　1.通风盘式刹车
　　现在大多数车辆都是用前通风后盘式刹车。因为这些车辆大多自重很大加速很快，需要更好的制动效果，更短的刹车距离和更好的排水散热效果。
　　通风盘式刹车，在刹车盘有很多孔洞，行驶过程中气流会在这些孔洞中穿梭，冷却和排水效果好。同时，相对于实心盘，通风盘由于去掉了部分盘体，因而重量更轻，降低旋转时的惯性，有利于提高车辆加速和刹车性能。
　　2.盘鼓式刹车
　　盘鼓式刹车应用在车辆后轮，刹车盘用于车辆刹车，刹车鼓用于车辆驻车，优点是减轻刹车盘卡钳压力，紧急情况下可以双方式制动，这种结构也更加复杂，成本更高。
　　3.陶瓷刹车盘
　　热衰减是刹车的克星，造成刹车力下降，而陶瓷材质的刹车盘(由陶瓷纤维、不含铁的填料物质、胶粘剂和少量的金属组成)具有很的热衰减性，有效保证刹车力。当然，这种刹车盘的造价也相当高，其主要应用于高端车型和跑车上。责任编辑：auto001
