首先你要确定&系统版本和VS版本&语言等一些基础信息是否正确&
C盘是否够大
安装的过程中是否有什么软件阻止&例如脑残的360等

你把vs2008　卸载了　在装一下。他们的组件都有很多不一样的啊
我把08卸了，再装10还是失败啊...

折腾了好久好久郁闷了好久着急了好久终于把VS 2010 旗舰版安装成功了！
1.我的本本是tinkpad，购买的时候预装了window7 home basic 在网上找了一下序列号升级到window7 旗舰版本。
2.之前我一直用windows xp 对window7相当的陌生！直接跳级可不是简单的事情啊！！（因为我不熟徐windown7安装失败了好几次！）
3.在我安装vs2010的时候没有关闭UAC和防御软件（金山卫士）还有没有关闭云端！还有就是没有以管理员权限运行安装程序！导致我失败了N次！血的教训！
我的安装方法是硬盘安装，也就是说把安装包解压到硬盘之后开始安装！在安装包的目录内有setup.exe的程序，鼠标右键以管理员权限运行。之后一路下一步
安装成功！(安装成功时候我差点都哭了！！！)
4.安装完VS 2010后安装MSDN，在网上很多人说vs2010的msdn是网络版本的，我信以为真(太天真)但是事实并不是这样的，vs2010也有本地的MSDN。只不过没有
vs2008那样有安装选项而已！在vs2010解压到硬盘的目录内有一个叫&ProductDocumentation文件夹，其实这个就是安装MSDN的文件夹了。我建议把ProductDocumentation的文件夹复制到别的盘下最好是vs2010的安装目录下，运行vs2010，点击help(帮助)，打开manage help settings，选择install content from disk(本地)，路径选择您刚才解压出来的ProductDocumentation的文件夹里的helpcontentsetup.msha，然后就点ok，add你要安装的MSDN内容，这样就安装好了MSDN了，要用的时候在vs2010下按F1就行了（快捷键）。
到这里在window7 旗舰版下安装vs2010旗舰版的我的成功的过程！
