教育问题を考える事の难しさ 教育の问题はあまりにも広范で论じる事が难しい。视点をどこに定めるかで议论の内容も全く変わる。例えば、大きく分けても教育问题は二つの视点から语れる。一つは日本が「国家として」どうするかという视点だ。いかに世界の国々に伍していけるような人材(私は个人的にこの言叶は人间を材木のように扱うようで嫌いだが…)を生み出すかという视点、つまりトップをどう育てるかという视点や国民全体と最低限の教育をどうするか、国力を维持して文化を伝承して行くにはどうするかという视点だ。「国家として」というのに抵抗があれば「社会全体として」といい换えても良いだろう。もう一つはその国家・社会で生きる「个人个人」がこの世で一度の人生をどう豊かに送れる社会をつくれるかという视点だ。 いくら、个人个人が自分の好きなように暮そうとして、それを世の中が最大限认めても、それが行き过ぎて国民全体が享楽主义に陥って国全体が沈没してしまえば元も子もない。やはり、国家からの视点は必要だ。が、一方「国家」が常に主体になって时の政権や政治的な意向に沿ったタイプの人间を育成し、そこから外れた人间はもう社会の主流になれなかったり、自身で人生を切り开く机会さえも夺われるというような事になれば大问题である。 戦前の国家主义がそうであったように、あるいは、ある种、戦後の経済発展至上主义の社会がそうであったように、「个人」が「个人」として尊重されず「かたまり」に分けられて区别される社会は私には理想の社会とは思えない。また、後に触れるが、国家が意図するとしないとに関らず、教育制度が结果として、日本に阶层社会を作ったり、それを固定化させる事に手を贷す事は大きな问题だと私は考えている。教育问题は常にバランスとあらゆる视点・角度からの议论を行う事が大事である。

Theanode was prepared by mixing nanocrystalline Si, carbon-coatedSi nanocomposites, or spray-pyrolyzed amorphous carbon asactive materials with 10 wt % carbon black (Super P, Timcal,Belgium) and 10 wt % polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF, Sigma-Aldrich) binder in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP, Sigma-Aldrich, anhydrous, 99.5%) solvent to form a homogeneousslurry, which was then spread onto a copper foil, which servesas a current collector. The typical active mass loading of theelectrodes was 2-3 mg cm-2. Subsequently, the coated electrodes (average thickness of 50 ím) were dried in avacuum oven at 110 °C for 24 h and then pressed to enhancethe contact between the active materials and the conductivecarbon. The electrochemical characterizations were carried outusing coin cells. CR 2032 coin-type cells were assembled in anargon-filled (O2 and H2O levels less than 1 ppm) glovebox(Mbraun, Unilab, Germany) by stacking a porous polypropyleneseparator containing liquid electrolyte between the carbon-coatedSi electrode and a lithium foil counter electrode.
