八千元自制改装双人自行车

一个人躺着骑的自行车，您或许已经见过，但两个人一起躺着骑的自行车，或许您还真没见过，因为这辆车是沈阳的头一辆双人躺式自行车，上路才一个多月。
　　5月5日清晨，的主人芦建、苏春晓又骑着这辆拉风的自行车出发了。他们要沿着浑河逆流而上，骑到抚顺，并于当天返回沈阳。
　　9时许，两人骑至五里河公园门口，引起市民围观。&别看它只是辆自行车，但车上的装备还是挺全的。&芦建说着，便向大家演示车头上的前照灯，是一把户外用强光手电筒。前后座两侧还分别配有LED闪灯，这样在夜间骑行时更加醒目。前座两侧还安装有后视镜，可以使坐在前面控制方向的人视线更开阔。
　　由于该车配有变速器，尽管自重35公斤，车身长3米，比一般自行车要重3倍左右，但骑行起来并不觉得吃力。芦建说，他们上次去抚顺的时候，最高时速达到了42公里。
　　谈起自己的爱车，芦建说这可是为他们&量身打造&的。&我在网上了解到有这种自行车，但不知道哪里能买到。后来一个骑友告诉我，锦州有一名自行车爱好者会制作车架，于是我就通过网络跟他联系，定制了这辆车的车架。 &
　　定好车架，芦建、苏春晓两人又装配了不少行头，总耗资8000元，这才打造出沈阳第一辆&双人躺车&。芦建和苏春晓两人骑行的最远记录是去抚顺，往返路程60公里。此外，芦建还跟妻子一起骑车到过白清寨，路程45公里。
　　说到骑车的初衷，芦建说自己和苏春晓是大学同学，两人上学时就爱好体育，经常一起踢足球。但工作之后，压力大应酬多，两人都出了啤酒肚。&我琢磨着还得运动，于是就攒了这辆自行车。 &芦建说。
　　由于这辆比较适合公路骑行，因此两人的目标是骑车去本溪、丹东等周边城市，既锻炼身体，还能观赏风光。

变速器之调整可以避免落链、异音、并使变速顺畅，对骑乘很重要，其操作其实不难。变速器的调整分成三大部分，配合图形，大家慢慢看下去吧，也欢迎朋友们一起讨论。
以下是以前3后7，21速的车子为例
开始之前先介绍3个调整机构：

（1）链条和脱轨器的距离叫间距
（2）由两颗螺丝组成，旁边有标示HIGH和LOW，H调整大齿间距，L调整小齿间距
（3）顺时针转变小
（4）前2时，调整H/L是没用的，也就是说它是针对前1和前3，其原理大家弯腰探一下就知道了，靠两颗螺丝顶住脱轨器

注：（2）和（3）的作用一样，原则上维修时以调整（3）为主，但在行驶中可调整（2）以求便利。
（4）以上调整钮每次以调整1/4圈为原则，逆时钟旋出时变速线会拉紧
　a.以前变而言，会使脱轨器向外移动
　b.以后变而言，会使脱轨器向内移动

（1）调整前HIGH钮至间距最小但不会磨到，若太大则前3后2或1时会磨到。
