一直以来，VE账号在亚马逊平台都是大佬般的存在。享有各种特权不说，就连跟卖起来也是理直气壮，畅通无阻，就连有些做了品牌备案的卖家都难逃VE账号的跟卖魔爪。而且，与其它跟卖者相比，Seller Information下面显示为“amazon.com”的VE卖家显然更容易让消费者信服。

最可气的是，VE卖家在对那些排名靠前的产品进行跟卖后，迅速出TEST ORDER，再用购买到的产品履行TEST ORDER。随后那些被跟卖的卖家迎来的就是失去Listing的编辑权，甚至连产品的销售权也被剥夺。不仅如此，还有些VE卖家仗着自己对Listing有更大的编辑权限，对产品信息进行恶意篡改，删除原有的一些对自己不利的信息，增添一些原本没有的信息，导致产品信息和原产品不一致的情况出现，以至于产品的销量迅速下滑。而那些被这种恶意跟卖坑害的卖家却被打击的猝不及防，毫无还手之力。
被VE卖家跟卖后还能否重拾疆土？
比较困难，但也不是完全没有可能，之前也有卖家被VE跟卖抢走了Listing的编辑权后，不断开case找客服（不是中文客服）最终收复了失地，不过即使开case成功也要几天之后才能重新修改。
另外，如果有自己的品牌网站的话就更快了，只需要不停地给亚马逊提供网站链接，宣布所有权，同时网站一定要有UPC,且网站文案、图片、UPC全部一致。一般情况下，三天左右就能拿回编辑权了。
能否从根源避免被跟卖？
仔细观察我们可以发现，有些Listing别人跟卖不了new，只能进行二手跟卖，想要跟卖新品的话必须申请才可以。
据美鸥网了解，亚马逊会自动保护长期销量良好的产品。有一些累计销量超过10万美金的Listing，会自动被系统保护起来，别人无法跟卖。且不需要卖家多做任何申请，亚马逊也不会事先通知。当然，销量没有达到这个标准的卖家也可以自行申请保护，前提是要先做品牌备案。
不受宠的小卖家就只能任由VE跟卖了吗？
VE卖家跟卖是需要UPC的，所以无法申请到亚马逊保护的卖家在上传Listing的时候，可以用品牌备案后上架自动生成的GCID上传，而不要用UPC上传。这样一来，VE便无法进行跟卖了。
