刚才没看清提问，现在我重新回答可以用fewer，I took fewer sips from the bottle than she did。 但作者没有，为什么没有的原应是more or less， 两个go hand in hand。
这里并没有比较的意思和用法。not one more, not one (less)是固定结构，表示一口不多，一口不少
