Sports in Our Shool
nowadays,a logo -- "Exercise one hour a day, work healthily for 50 years, and live a whole happy life."——has sunk deep into the hearts of the people.As you can see, inspired by the logo, some delightful changes also have happened in our school.
Usually,we start our exercises form 6:30 am. to
6:50 am. every morning at that time, you can see us runnning on the playgrond.As time gooes by, all of us have gotten a healthier body than before. Besides, we can put more energy into the classes,in other words,doing sports makes us have a high effecincy in our studies .What's more,since we have becoming heathier and more active than usual, our school also appears to be vigorous, no matter where you go, you can sense the happiness and energy form her.
In my eyes,life lies in movement,if we want to be happy and healthy,we should do some sports everdy!

　　Everyone in our school loves sports. Every morning after we get up， we do morning exercises. After the second class we do exercises again. We only have PE classes twice a week， but we do physical training (锻炼)at five every afternoon. The most popular sport is basketball. All the boys like playing it and many of the girls like it， too. Another(另一) popular sport is football and in every class there are a lot of football fans. Volleyball is often played when the weather(天气)is fine. We have school teams in basketball， football and volleyball. Our teams often have matches with teams from other schools. When there is a match many of us go to watch it.
　　Besides(除……之外) ball games， some of us like track-and-field events(田径项目)， and we often practice running， jumping and throwing. Every term we have tests(测试) in these events and once a year， we hold a sports meeting.
