In Grade Eight I took physics. In one test I get only 36 percent
of the answer correct. I failed the next one, either. I started to
think that maybe I was not good at it. However, I was not lucky
enough to have a teacher which didn’t take my bad grades as a

Last weekend we go mountain climbing. Even the heavy rain in the

noticed that the last plate on my tray began to fall. They fell

Today I was having a PE lesson while I fell down and hurt my
foot. I was in greatly pain at that moment, but I tried to act as
if nothing has happened until the class was over. Though I had
difficulty walk back to my classroom, I still didn’t tell anyone
but even refused the offer of help of my classmates. As result, the
hurt in my foot became worse. Now I know I’m wrong. We can tell
others our need for help and accept his help. Some day we can not
help others in return. In this way, we can get along to each other
happily and peaceful. &
I had a interesting dream last night. I dreamed that I took part
in a race. At first, I could not to run very fast and fell behind.
So I didn’t lose heart and kept running. All the students on the
playground cheer me on, “Come on!” I was so encouraged that I ran
faster and fast& till I caught up all the other
runners. I felt as if flying like a superman. In the end, I got to
the finishing line first. I won the race. I felt very proudly of
myself. Many of my classmate threw me up into the air. Just in that
time I woke up and found me still in bed!

spent at school best years of your life? Personally, I found most
lesson rather uninteresting. We had to sit at our desks in silence
and paid attention to what the teachers were saying. They were used
to write on the blackboard and ask us difficult questions. We also
had to do plenty of homework, and hand it on time. We had to wear
school uniforms and obey lots of rules. I left school as soon as I
can and started work. I read book at the public library, and late I
decided to attend college. Now I really enjoy study because I’m
growing old and know what I want it. When I was at school, I was
just the wrong age.&
I’m eighteen years old and I live in small village in the Peak
District, not far from Nottingham I grow up in this village, so I
know everyone here. That’s the problem ---- the problem is that
there’s nothing to do, and nobody of my age to do it with! At the
moments I travel into Nottingham every day to the shop as I work.
There’s a bus at 7:30 in the morning or the last bus back in the
evening is at 5:30 from September, therefore, I’m going to stay in
Nottingham by my aunt and uncle when my cousin joins in the Navy. I
can use his room. I’m really looking forward to living in
Nottingham

John Brown is a London taxi driver who love going to the
theatre. Last week his mother gave him two tickets for a play. The
tickets were on Sunday evening. Then John read some reviews of the
play, which all said it was a terribly one! He wouldn’t go to see a

left the ticket on the back seat of his taxi. Perhaps someone who
wanted see the play would take them. However, while John went back

One day, while my friend and I was traveling through Germany, we
were not very hungry but we only had a few money. We decided stop
at a village market to buy something to eat. We choose the cheapest
biscuits and ate it under a tree. We thought the biscuits were
great. “Let’s got some more,” I said. “They’re cheap and they
really taste well.” My friend could read some German, but I
couldn’t, and I gave her the biscuit bag to find the name. She
looked at it and started to laugh. “How are you laughing?” I asked.

I’m writing to tell you opinion about water saving. Water is
important. We, as well as animal, cannot live without water and
neither agriculture or industry can go without it. Yet it seemed
water is becoming less and less. Many countries in the world find
we don’t have enough water. To deal with a problem, I think, we
should first go all out to plant trees though trees will help save
water. Next, no drinking water should left running. Third, we
should find ways to reuse the water using in washing, especially
water for which is quite a lot, and that will save much
water.&&&&

How are you those days? I have been missing you very much after
I went to college a year ago. Whenever I think of the old days, I
feel very happily. I still remember when I was child, you always
held me in your arms and told me stories till I fall asleep. We
often went to the fields to enjoy the pleasant view there. You told
me the name of different plants and their characteristics.
Gradually, I became interesting in biology and chose to learn
biology when I entered into the college. Now my friend Ann,
together with me, are going to do field study and the findings will
be use as materials for our research. Since we’ll do the study in
our hometown, I hope to see you by

Two years before, I traveled to Brazil and I rented for a car.
Unfortunate, I had an accident and hit another car, and I needed to
stay in a hospital for at least two week. I called my parents, so I
did not tell them what had happened. I knew that they will be
worried about myself because I was so farther away, and that my
mother would not sleep if she knew. Therefore, I told them
interested stories and how I was enjoying Brazil As a result,
knew truth. I still think that it was the right thing to do.

My father and I stayed at the South Lake Hotel for a week when
we visit Beijing last month. It is in the downtown area, but it is
easy to go to anywhere from the hotel by public transport. We lived
in a comfortably double-room with a big bath. What I liked best
were the free high-speed Internet connection in the room. I checked
my email messages every day. I also shared for my friends many
photos taking in Beijing. The food was wonderful at reasonable
prices, and we enjoyed several local dish. It is such great hotel
that I would recommend it to any friend of me who is going to

Thank you for the lovely day we have with you. It was so kind
for you to let us bring Anne's friend. Gina. Unfortunate, the only
problem was the journey home. There had been a terrible accident on
the highway and, for a result, there was a long line of traffic for
at least six mile. In the end, we drove to a service station and
waited there unless the road was clear. In the car park here Gina
nearly got knocked over as car drove out far too quickly from
behind a lorry. They finally dropped Gina off at her parents' and
made our own way to home.
