安全期的前七后八 并没有什么卵用
[摘要]对一个数字异常敏（chi）感（dun）的女人来说，不会算术是正常的，不会算安全期那就不正常了！最后勉强解释了一下：“从月经干净后的第一天到排卵期开始的前一天的那段日期一般为8天，就是后八。从排卵期结束后的第一天到下次月经来潮的前一天一般为7天，就是前七。”她讲的时候我脑子一直在想“头七”……吓得我问她能简单点说吗？她说：“就是月经之前7天和月经之后8天不会排卵，安全！”（画外音：意思就是然而这并没有什么卵用？）【举个栗子】某大学生去妇产科，不愿承认自己可能怀孕的事实，熟谙安全期知识的她说道：“避孕药我肯定不吃，我妈说她们那个年代很多人吃避孕药把身体都吃坏了。安全套是用来预防艾滋病和性病的，我和我男朋友都是初恋，都是干净的，所以也用不着。看来看去还是觉得安全期最好，只要算清楚日子，不花钱不吃药不打针对身体又没副作用，为什么不选呢？”医生说：“没少做功课啊！不是说安全期不安全，而是你的月经经常提前，有时候还提前一个礼拜，如果按照月经周期25天计算，你排卵应该发生在第11天，你月经来潮7天，算好第8天性生活，但是你知道吗？进入你体内的精子最多能存活5天，就是说一直到月经的第13天，你体内仍然可能有使你受孕的精子活着！即使你们把性生活计划在‘前七’，也不绝对安全，卵巢是个动摇派，排卵受情绪、个人生活变动、性活动、健康状况以及外界环境等多重因素干扰，时而还有加班加点额外排卵的情况，理论上讲，根本不存在绝对可靠的安全期。”排卵那么好推算，还要妇科主任干嘛？……再过几个月大学校园又“充满了”小学妹，书读得多的人，表妹最是担心了！ 坑爹的“前七后八”安全期安全期在不坑爹的情况下确实是一种避孕方法，它不用任何药物和工具以及手术方法，利用不同的生理信号识别自己是处于“易受孕期”或“不易受孕期”，从而选择爱爱日期以达到避孕目的的方法。原理听上去特靠谱！但是靠几句坊间口诀，真能算准安全期？我等凡夫俗子表示，基本只能拼人品！有几个坊间女子敢说自己大姨妈来得非常规律？“前七后八”这种说法只是针对月经非常规律，而且月经周期在28到30天的女性而言的。对于月经周期过短的女性，这个“后八”是绝对不靠谱的。女性的月经周期各不相同，短至21天、长达37天都属正常的生理范围之内，但不管月经周期多长，排卵的日期是相对固定的，一般发生在下次月经前的14天。卵子排出卵巢后能存活1~2天，受精能力最强是在排卵后24小时，精子在女性生殖道能够存活3~5天，所以，排卵前后4~5天都被认为是易受孕期。如果女孩子的月经周期是27天，那么排卵日应该在第13天，月经后第8天如果有性生活，此时进入女性体内的精子最长能够存活5天，正好在强弩之末的前夕等到排卵，就可能怀孕。和“后八”这个时间段相比，“前七”还是相对安全的，卵子一旦排出，最多存活1-2天，如果女性能够通过测量基础体温准确观测到排卵，甚至可以说排卵后两天一直到下一次来月经之间的12天时间都是安全的。即便如此，仍然有可能怀孕，因为女性随时可能发生意外排卵。 安全期不安全 你到底要避孕还是要怀孕！安全期避孕不仅实施起来会遇到很多麻烦，表妹我表示最大的麻烦是掰着手指也算不清，最终的效果也并不理想。据可靠数据显示，在理想状态下，安全期避孕的年失败率约为5%，而实际上控制失败率在5%这样的理想状态也是很难达到的，如果使用了比较简略的计算方法，或是自身生理周期不规律，失败率就会大大增加，临床追踪年失败率可达到25%以上。25%的失败率意味着100位成年妇女采用此方法避孕，1年时间内，会有25名妇女怀孕。名字里带着“安全”的字眼迷惑了很多人，其实风险非常大。这样看来，与现有的可靠的避孕方法相比，低效率几乎成为这类自然方法最大的“副作用”，你能接受吗？杀精吃药安全期，统统不如“来一套”与“靠人品”的安全期避孕相比，其实最普通的避孕套还真是最靠谱的选择！毕竟，又有多少人相信自己的人品呢？男用避孕套避孕率达到97%，很想知道那3%是不是被家婆扎了针！除了未婚妹子，备孕妹子也要知道，比如上个月天天熬夜赶工，这个月聚会喝了点小酒，这些时间都是不利于怀孕的，还是先“避一避”，万一安全期失算，怀上了，你是高兴呢郁闷呢还是担心呢？如果有人说，我们一直采用安全期避孕多年，从未中招，并以此沾沾自喜，洋洋自得，那么鉴于安全期的如此不靠谱，表妹只好泼一下冷水，真的不担心是“不孕”吗？欢迎收听“腾讯健康”官方微信：扫描下方二维码添加；或在微信上搜索“腾讯健康”（英文ID：qq-health）。
