For many coaches and trainers, the thought of designing
a plan for the season is an intimidating and daunting
The truth is that the extent of your planning is dictated by the goals of your season.
If you are a novice team that is working towards
improvement and a high return rate then your plan will be full of fun activities that keep your athletes interested and improving at the same time.
If you are working with a team that is striving to play at the national championships then your plan will likely be much more detailed and elaborate.
If you are already a seasoned coach who has completed numerous Yearly or Annual Training Plans then this site may be a review for you or something that you can pass on to coaches that you know who would benefit from this entry level approach.
