求助：三星E1920NW不开机故障..经查15V正常.5V跳动【3V左右跳动】...查过电源板上光耦边上的R841【5R6】正常...还没刷过数据.因为不开机.在线刷不了..不知道刷那一块...我用的是RT809F

不接驱动板也不 稳定..在4.5V左右轻微晃动...电容看上去都很好..我换个光耦试试..
