谢邀。非师范专业也可以考教师资格证的。分笔试和面试两步。笔试通过才能面试，面试是讲课，二十分钟左右。每年有几次考试。至于科目，要看你考的种类了，具体信息官网上都有。在校本科生大三才能考。祝你成功。
你得先满足专科院校的学历要求。然后资格证考起来还相对简单一些。
一般是不可以的，高校教师资格证是需先经过高校面试，后期再考教师资格证的，关于高校教师资格证报考条件为：报考条件及政策（一）报考人员范围根据河南省教师资格管理办公室《关于进一步规范高等学校教师资格认定人员范围的通知》（豫教资办[2004]8号）规定，报名参加高等学校教师资格考试笔试的人员，必须是各高校在职或已签订聘任协议的专任教学人员，不在规定范围的人员不得报名参加。按照《教师资格条例》（国务院令第188号）有关规定，在2013年度、2014年度教师资格教育理论考试中有作弊记录的，本年度不得申请。根据教育部相关要求，同一申请人在一年内不能申请两种教师资格，即申请人如在上半年面向应届师范毕业生教师资格认定时，已获得某种教师资格，下半年则不能再次申请其他种类教师资格。新升格的专科层次学校，必须严格限定申请人员范围，确系在高等教育教学岗位工作的人员方可申请高等学校教师资格（《河南省教师资格管理办公室关于2004年新设立的高等职业学校教师资格认定工作有关事宜的通知》（豫教资办〔2004〕7号）规定）。（二）政策要求具有博士学位人员，具有副教授及其以上教师专业技术职务系列职称人员和全日制普招类师范毕业生（且申请任教学科与所学专业一致），可免于笔试和面试，直接进行认定。其他申请人员均应参加笔试，成绩合格者再参加面试。因此，你首先要关注你所要报高校的教师招聘要求，如果学历不满足则不可以的。一般所要任教的级别要低于你的学历一个级别，但是现在一般都是研究生、博士，很少学校要低学历的。所以嘛。。。。
