微软中国单方面取消surface pro3全球联保政策
8月29日消息，微软surface pro 3昨日在中国大陆正式发货，由于因与美国发售时间有一定的时间差，不少美版surface pro 3已流入中国，因微软surface一直以来都是全球联保服务，而且售后服务也一直承认是这样的，所以很多微软的粉丝及数码爱好者都近不及待的通过各种渠道购买了美版的surface pro 3。
(微软官方之前承认surface pro 3在国内可以享受保修服务)
但在昨日，微软官方突然改口说微软surface pro 3在大陆只能享受技术支持，但无法享受保修服务，如果需要保修需要回设备购买地。甚至连自费维修都受到了微软的拒绝。
(不少用户在微软官方网站报怨无法享受服务)
因之前有些在国外购买的surface pro 3产品无法在国内享受服务，导致一些用户在微软Community报怨无法享受售后服务，但在微软客服的回应中&说是不是选错了售后渠道&，但过了不久微软客服却删除了回复，而且把用户发布的帖子巧秒的合并到一个帖子里去，使Community里surface类别里看不到太多的用户关于全球联保的问题。
截止目前，微软并没有回应相关的后续问题，一般情况下通过提前在国外来购买设备体验微软产品的用户都是属于微软比较狂热的忠实粉丝，不知微软将来会通过何种方式对待微软的这群粉丝，我们也会在进一步的了解后进行后续报道。

Surface Pro 3：2015年4月固件和驱动包下载

讯 5月4日消息，微软已经为Surface Pro 3用户推送了2015年4月的固件和驱动包。本次更新包括了新版Surface手写笔设置驱动程序，为Surface应用加入了新功能，版本号为4.0.112.1。另外，更新包中还加入了新版Surface Type Cover Filter Device，版本号为2.0.1193.0，全面支持日本Surface Pro 3键盘盖。Surface Pro 3用户可以通过Windows更新程序自动下载安装该更新包，不过用户接收到更新的时间可能会有不同。所以，你也可以通过文末的链接手动下载4月更新包。需要注意的是，本次更新只限系统，预览版暂不支持。更新之后，最好手动重启Surface一次，以便让所有新设定完全生效。2015年4月Surface Pro 3固件和驱动包下载：（156.04MB）微信搜索“IT之家”关注抢6s大礼！下载IT之家客户端（）也可参与评论抽楼层大奖！
