寫了一個可以方便查詢目前台幣即時兌換的匯率，因為每次都要開台灣銀行來看，所以就乾脆寫了一個快速查詢，原理是直接取得台灣銀行的查匯率頁面，再把 csv 資料抓來整理列出。
可額外在輸入幣別後查歷史匯率，點了之後會跳到台灣銀行的單一幣別歷史匯率查詢頁，當然這頁還是得由自已按下送出才能查詢!
