平垫是增大接触面，不起防松作用，弹垫可以
平垫圈是为了保护安装面。
弹性垫圈是为了防松，是用斜口咬住安装面来防松的，当然也能用变形的预紧力防松，它容易划伤安装面。
设计时，两者只用一个，两个都用防松效果打折扣，只是弹性垫圈给的一点预紧力。

好像现在弹垫和平垫一起用的也很多？

平垫圈主要是为了增加接触面积减少表面压强，楼上说平垫圈有可能在拧紧时出现变形，那这样的平垫圈就算失效，要么减小预紧力，要么平垫圈换材料，通常在联接中平垫圈变形是不允许的。弹垫具有防松性能，但防松性能一般。
怎么能算失效呢，平垫圈与材料的接触面并没有变形啊&
