内容：1.不能在昏暗或是强烈的光线下看书，也不要在车上或床上看书。2.用眼时间不宜过长。3.读书时，眼睛与书保持一英尺的距离为宜。4.坚持每天做眼保健操。
There are many ways to protect eyes. First, we should not read in dark places or in the sun. We should not read books when we are in the bus or in the bed. Second, we should not read for a very long time. Our eyes need relaxation. Third, when we are reading, we should keep the distance between our eyes and the book about one inch. When we are tired, we can look at the green things such as leaves to relax our eyes. The last one is we should keep doing eye exercises everyday.
