论小学教育中的合理惩罚教育中的惩罚是教育界里一个历久长新的问题,关于教育中该不该使用惩罚以及如何使用惩罚才是合理的,古今中外的学者们一直争论不休。在社会法制不断完善文明不断进步的今天怎样合理合法地运用惩罚来教育孩子,仍是现在一线老师尤其是基础教育阶段的老师所面临的最大困惑之一。不会合理有效的运用惩罚手段的结果是学校里面胆大的老师照体罚不误,打骂学生毫不手下留情;而胆子稍小些的老师则是根本就不敢惩罚学生,对待学生的错误能管则管,管不了也只好作罢,深怕一不小心得罪了学生而被冠上体罚的恶名。如此下去的结果只会是体罚现象非但没有完全禁止,反而造成对学生的错误老师当惩不惩,致使学生无法无天,没有纪律感和责任心。本文分为四个部分。第一章为引言部分,提出我国教育中的惩罚存在的问题,介绍了中外学者对教育中惩罚的定义、分类、惩罚存在的必要性和合理性以及实施惩罚的原则与策略并提出了笔者的看法和观点。第二章通过分析小学生的个性特点总结出了小学教育中合理惩罚的四个特征,提出了教育中惩罚的四种功能。第三章通过案例分析的方法分析了教育中的惩罚的五种类型的特点以及使用方法和注意事项。最后一章结合实践提出了小学教育中合理惩罚的具体操作方法。本文从理论入手结合实践,针对小学教育中所面临的问题,分析小学教育中的合理惩罚的性质和功能并提出相关策略,希望能为各位工作在小学一线的教师提供一些参考。关键词
