Neworiental Corporation, All Rights Reserved美国大使馆网站上说学生签证需要sevis(I-901)缴费收据，请问这个收据是不是学校给寄过来，网站上说大使馆不收这个费用。是不是学校代缴这个费用？如果学生自己交，怎样交呢？请知道的老师和家长帮忙回答！

登陆之后在左边的提供反馈栏上传护照页，最新签证页，出入境章盖章页，新旧I20 请求审核是否需要重新面签！
于是我就写了一封邮件去问，得到的回答是：
Dear applicant,
If the student visa you used to enter the U.S. is still valid, but you have a new I-20, you do not need a new student visa. This is true even if you have left the United States but intend to return in order to study at a different educational institution. When seeking to reenter the U.S., however, you must bring your new I-20 form, as well as your valid student visa.
You must also ensure that:
1. You have a valid SEVIS record showing that you are in INITIAL or ACTIVE status at your new educational institution.
2. Your SEVIS fee for the new I-20 has been paid.

邮件在最后说的两点，我就有点看不明白了。You have a valid SEVIS record showing that you are in INITIAL or ACTIVE status at your new educational institution. 这个我们要上哪儿去查？另外，Your SEVIS fee for the new I-20 has been paid. 这一点，查了，回答是：If you are a continuing student, who has maintained status and is transferring or changing program levels using the same SEVIS ID, do not pay the SEVIS I-901 fee.那应该就是不用再缴费的了。
综合以上，我是否可以得出结论：我孩子这种情况是既不需要再次面签，也不需要缴纳Sevis Fee呢？如果这样的话，最近群里转发的那个消息就容易误导他人了。希望我这个问题得到专家和家长答复后也能用正解帮助到其他人。谢谢！
