2015年天津中医药大学中国政府奖学金研究生招生简章（中文授课）
国际教育学院&
天津中医药大学始建于1958年，是经教育部批准成立的全国唯一一所中国传统医药国际学院，为国家教育部“教育援外基地”、国家中医药管理局“中医药国际合作基地”、“中国-东盟教育培训中心”、世中联教育指导委员会主任委员单位。学校秉承“进德修业，继承创新”的校训，经过多年发展，现已成为中医药教育为主，医学、理学、文学、管理学、工学、教育学等学科门类齐全的综合性大学。
学校师资力量雄厚，实习资源充足，专业设置合理，有针灸推拿学和中医内科学2个国家级重点学科，有4所附属医院和5所教学医院。其中，第一附属医院是国家中医临床研究基地、全国针灸临床研究中心、全国针灸临床基地和全国省级示范中医医院；第二附属医院是中医疑难病诊疗中心，妇科、脑病的临床和科研具有显著优势；附属保康医院及其他教学医院在中医康复、中医骨伤、中医社区医疗、中西医临床等方面各具诊疗特色。
学校广泛开展国际交流与合作，注重培养理论知识扎实、临床操作能力强的国际应用型临床人才，在国际上享有较高的声誉，现已发展成为本科教育为主体，涵盖硕士、博士等高层次教育及长短期进修的传统医药国际化人才培养体系。每年约有来自60多个国家和地区的2000多名国际学生来校学习。
建设中的新校区将成为全国最大的中医药博物馆、中药植物园、全国最先进的中医药科技园及中医药国际教育中心，将为学生的学习、生活提供更加优良的环境。

二、授课语言：中文
三、申请条件：
1、非中国籍公民；
2、申请人不得为目前在华学习者 （在华留学已毕业者，毕业年限须超过一学年）；
3、身体健康，汉语流利；
4、硕士（具备以下一项）：
① 中医学或针灸推拿学专业学士学位；
② 医学及相关专业学士学位，完成规定的中医学类课程学习者，或具有中医或针灸推拿师资格者；
③ 非医学专业学士学位，完成规定的中西医学类课程学习者，或具有中医或针灸推拿师资格者；
④中药学、药理学、药物分析学、药物化学、药剂学硕士申请者，应具有中药学、药学、药化、制剂、生药、药理或相关专业学士学位；
5、博士（具备以下一项）：
① 中医学各学科、针灸推拿学或中药学专业硕士学位；
② 医学及相关专业硕士学位，完成规定的中医学类课程学习者，或具有中医或针灸推拿师资格者；
6、硕士申请者年龄不超过35周岁；博士申请者年龄不超过40周岁。
四、奖学金内容：享受中国政府全额奖学金，具体内容如下，
1、免交报名费、学费；
2、提供奖学金生活费；
3、提供免费校内住宿；
4、提供首次来华一次性安置费；
5、提供来华留学生综合医疗保险；
6、提供第一次办理居留许可费用。
五、该奖学金不承担奖学金内容以外费用，例如，国际往返旅费、在中国境内外的交通费、体检费等其它费用，详见入学须知。此奖学金只用于在天津中医药大学学习，入学后不可以转专业。奖学金标准以教育部公布的标准为准。
六、学习类别和期限：全日制3年

十、报名材料（请用中文或英文填写，请于2015年3月31日之前向我校提交报名材料）：
1. 网络报名：在网络上（网址：http://laihua.）填写中国政府奖学金申请表（受理机构编码为10063）具体步骤见附件；
2. 提供纸质材料（均为一式两份）：
①下载生成的PDF格式的申请表（打印）；
②两封推荐信（两名不同推荐人）；
③公证后的最高学历毕业证或学位证复印件（非英语证书须提供英文公证件）；
④公证后的最高学历成绩单复印件（非英语证书须提供英文公证件）；
⑤来华学习计划，不少于800字；
⑥护照复印件；
⑧体检报告（须用英文填写，申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。日以后进行体检，日前提交《外国人体格检查表》复印件，来华时需携带原件及全部附件）。
备注：每份申请材料最多不超过20页，请全部使用A4纸。无论录取与否，申请材料均不予返还。

Established in 1958, Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TUTCM) is one of the earliest universities of TCM in China and the only one International School of TCM which is approved by State Board of Education (now Ministry of Education) in 1992. TUTCM is also the “Educational Aid Center” of Ministry of Education (MOE), TCM International Cooperation Center of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SATCM), “China-ASEAN Educational Training Center” and the chairman committee member of the Education Instruction Committee of the World Federation of TCM. Adhering the motto of “strengthening moral education and pursuing academic studies, inheriting and innovating”, TUTCM has developed into a comprehensive university specializing in TCM education and covers extensive areas of study, namely as Medicine, Science, Arts, Management, Engineering, Education and etc.
The University has distinguished teaching staff and sufficient resources for students’ internship. Currently it has 2 National Key Disciplines of Acupuncture & Moxibustion and Tuina and TCM Internal Medicine, 4 affiliated hospitals and 5 teaching hospitals. Among them, the First Affiliated Hospital is a National Clinical Research Base, the National Research Center for Acupuncture Clinic, the National Acupuncture Clinical Foundation and the National Provincial Demonstration Hospital of Traditional Chinese M the Second Affiliated Hospital is the treatment center for Chinese medical difficult disease and has significant advantage for gynecological and enc Baokang Hospital and other teaching hospitals have unique treatment feathers in rehabilitation medicine, Orthopedics, Community Health of TCM, Integrative Medicine and etc..
The University has extensive international exchanges and cooperation. It aims to cultivate international applied talents in clinic with solid theoretical foundation and excellent clinical skills which make it enjoy a high reputation world widely. It has formed TCM internationalization talents training system where the bachelor education is the main part .The system also covers master and doctoral education and short and long term certificate studies. There are over 2,000 foreign students from more than 60 come to study at TUTCM every year.
The new campus of the University under construction will become the national largest museum of Chinese Medicine, Chinese Medicine Botanical Garden, the national most advanced Medicine and Medical Science and Technology Park and International Education Center of TCM. And for students, the University will provide a more excellent environment of study and living.

iv.For Master’s Applicants in Chinese Materia Medica, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmacy: Bachelor in CMM, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Preparation, Crude Drug, Pharmacology or other related majors
E.For Doctoral Applicants (One of the following):
i.TCM related programs or Acupuncture & Moxibustion andTuinaor Chinese Materia Medica Master’s Degree
ii.Master’s Degree related to Medicine Subjects, and has completed the designated TCM coursesF.No more than 35 years old for master’s applicants and no more than 40 for doctoral applicants.

V. Expenses excluded in the Scholarship range above should be self-supported. Expenses including but not limited to international tickets, transportation fares overseas or in China, physical examination fee, verification in China, item redo and etc. will be responsible by the students.This scholarship is used for studying in TUTCM ONLY and no program transferring permitted after admission. Please refer to the standard which has been published by Ministry of Education for the latest standard and rate.
