Modeling of oxidation pre-leaching in concentrating of precious metal from sulphide ore

A mathematic model for oxidation leaching of sulphide ore was developed.The formulas of K_Lα=0.0016(P/V_L)~(0.82)V_G~(0.3) and K_Lα=0.2 V~(0.3)/s =12V~(0.3) were obtained from the model.The effects of oxygen blowing ratio and sulphuric acid concentration on the nickel leaching ratio were studied experimentaly and the formula of y= 8.271x~(0.3002) was obtained which agree with the model well.

The reliability of data transmission affected by resource-constrained and environmental factors in wireless sensor networks is lower.However,it is an important indicator to evaluate network performance in some application fields such as national defense,industrial control and so on.Firstly,the significance of the reliability of wireless sensor networks was introduced.Then the recent research achievements were reviewed from two aspects:the reliability estimation and the technology of improving reliability of data transmission,and these achievements were classified and compared.Finally the future directions of reliable data transmission in wireless sensor networks were pointed out.

Dependence of Elliptic Flow on Transverse Momentum in √sNN=200 GeV Au-Au and √sNN=2.76 TeV Pb-Pb Collisions

Abstract We investigate the dependence of elliptic flows v2 on transverse momentum PT for charged hadrons produced in nucleus-nucleus collisions at high energy by using a multi-source thermal model, where the contribution of source interactions is considered. Our calculated results are approximately in agreement with the experimental data over a wider PT range from the PHENIX and ALICE collaborations. It is found that the expansion factor increases linearly with the impact parameter from most central (0–5%) to mid-peripheral (35–40%) collisions.

INxJ的后天决定性
通常人一出生下来,可能会首先决定若干维度。比如IxTP型,他们的主导功能是内向思维Ti,生下来就优先发展思维,最后决定的才是直觉/感觉倾向。
所以一般来讲,在后天ISTP和INTP能够互相转化。INTJ和INTP虽然十分相像,但是理论上不能互相转化,实际上也很少有转化的。更多的INTJ有可能和INFJ互相转化。
作为一个INxJ,直觉还是感觉的倾向在出生的时候就已经决定下来了,在幼年,第一个倾向内向/外向和第四个倾向判断/理解也基本定型。一个内心坚强的人是很少改变自己的内外向的,所谓靠后天努力从内向变成外向然后就过上了幸福生活的鸡汤文当然是纯属胡扯。
但是在幼年,感性还是理性的倾向还在摇摆。也是就是说,究竟是INTJ还是INFJ,这就有赖于童年的经历使然。一般来讲,如果他的童年过得还算顺利,还有点关怀之类的,长大会倾向于包容社会,转变成INFJ。反过来,如果童年过得相当不爽,饱受欺侮,他的性格可能就会锻炼得独立而冷峻,长大后倾向于改造社会,也就是INTJ。来看一下INTJ的童年的特征:
在小的时候,就很敏感地察觉成人和周围世界的那种猜疑、伪善、虚荣、背叛、误解、自欺欺人……等等。这些发生在亲友之间的生活经历,怎能不留下深刻的裂痕(虽然长大后也能理解和接受这些看似阴暗的东西之后有多少现实的无奈和人性的必然),但是从此就本能地怀疑一切,不信任他人。而且也本能地认为得不到他人的感情和信任。说白了就是那句,觉得什么都会变,觉得什么都不可靠,除了永恒的时间和利益,除了及时行乐和呆在自己的世界。
INTJ童年螺旋
1) 首先,因为早熟和单纯的性格,他们会表现的不合群。家长希望孩子能融入集体,但是这毫无用处,相反会令他们自责伤心,被认为是辜负了父母的期望。
2) 由于孤独而内向,他们的对于周围的变化十分敏感,感情细腻,害怕受到伤害,缺乏安全感,想寻求认同感。
3) 而他们会错误的认为,没有人和我在一起,没人帮我的原因是因为我不够好,所以他们通过努力是自己变得更好,来试图获得认同。
但是他们没有想到,孤僻的人即使变得更好也只会招来嫉妒和排斥。这种不合群的倾向更加凸显,父母会更加关心,自己会更加自责,如此反复。
INTJ的童年后遗症
1) 群体性自卑。无论再装逼再耀眼再自信再独立,他们在各种大型场合一样会自卑。对于场面的控制力,个人魅力,非凡的智慧与深刻的见解使他们在演讲中如鱼得水所向披靡。但是你们认真观察的话,就能发现不少问题,在临场前各种焦躁。而对于某些天生演说家类型ESTP来讲,根本不会出现这种情况,虽然上台后他们的表现并无二致。
2) 第二点是莫名其妙的争强好胜。既然INTJ平时给人淡泊名利的印象,所以在某些不涉及原则的问题上他们突然的展示自己就似乎难以理解了。
3) 第三点是在长期受到陷害和排挤后对人际关系的极度不信任。由于与生俱来的洞察力,他们从小就观察到人际关系的虚伪,怀疑任何事情的背后动机,本能的拒绝那些看不懂背后动机的感情;
4) 第四点从第三点发展而来。饱受欺侮的经历使他们拒绝相信无私的爱的存在。他们认为世界是等价的,任何人的爱都是为了达成某种目的而产生的。所以有人给你爱,你也要给予等价的回报;
5) 第五点,尽管是个冷血动物,却会突然的帮助他人的感情问题,尤其是当有人孤立无援的时候,这叫感同身受;
6) 第六点,也是最关键的一点,他们主动的会和人保持一种距离感。
距离感是INTJ的重要外在特点,属于一眼就能看出来的那种特点。那么为什么要保持距离感?
1) 从最原始的作用来讲,是为了保持自我,以客观的态度观察这个世界。
2) 第二个保护自我,控制感情,避免感情冲击内部思维体系,这个之前也说了,这个就是一种自我防御体系;
3) 第三个是为了自尊而维持的一种优越感;
4) 最后一个是为了避免伤害他人,这个属性大概得接近成年的时候才能开发出来。
Q:为什么INTJ容易伤害他人?
A:真话就是伤害。
『据最新科学研究表明,说坏话是人类基因的一环,是人类的本能,所以不爽不要当地球人。』
你们上知乎,就能找到这个问题的神棍答案。我跟你讲啊,这年头有些科学家都叼炸天了,居然能得出来说坏话的本性是人类进化的必然。自然,不会在背后说坏话的人遭到排挤也是再正常不过的事情——违反进化论啦,活该死光啦。这也是为什么我要强调进化论和智能设计两个理论应该同时存在的问题。否则在少数服从多数劣币驱逐良币的进化论里面,INTJ早就灭绝了。你们要记住我一句话:摒弃道德的科学是这个世界上最可怕的宗教。
好吧,在这个世界,正常人该问的不是为什么我们该说坏话,而是为什么他该说真话。那我们把话题改一下:
Q:为什么INTJ总是要说真话呢?
A:因为他们的精神洁癖。
要读懂INTJ只需要掌握两点就可以了,一个是他们的控制欲,另一个就是这种精神洁癖。于是我们又回到了这种阿妮玛和阿尼玛斯的问题上了。
只要试图接近就会明白,INTJ无法忍受虚伪和谎言,说是小时候的刺激也好,说是对完美的自我映像的迷恋也罢。假如本身被谎言所欺骗倒也无所谓,但是以INTJ的智商可以看穿任何人的举动,自然也能感受到任何人的虚伪。所以他们希望能寻找纯粹的人,当然,他们自己也变得异常纯粹。这种复杂而单纯的特性相互扭曲,就造就了INTJ超凡脱俗的气质。
改造世界 妥协与斗争
来,在座的女性朋友们,请闭上眼睛顺着我的思路意淫:
有这样一个男生,他沉静,内敛,智慧,平和,言语富有哲理,关键时刻还能冲锋陷阵,一个人扛下各种苦难,能力超群,成绩优秀,从不喜形于色,从不悲从中来,深邃的眼神中似乎埋藏着天大的秘密,平静的外表下仿佛承受着深重的苦难,哪怕就在你面前,却仿佛离你很远,哪怕就在你身边,却依然无法触及,如同虚幻般的神明下凡,将要普度尘世的众生那样,最重要的是——最重要的一点来了!他还是个帅哥!少女们尖叫吧!只存在于神话中的男人出现了!
然后发现他没钱,于是全灭灯了。
这虽然是个玩笑,不过也不全是玩笑:这就是所谓这个世界的问题。
这个世界其实有许多问题,多数人选择与世界妥协,少数人选择与世界斗争,毫无疑问,INTJ就是这少数人。
