【数控加工】岗位报告专业:机电 0931 姓 名:谭婷婷 学 号:32 号 前言在大学的最后一时间,我有幸参加了数控实训。通过这次学习实践,使我 对数控的掌握从当初的朦胧不懂到如今的熟悉并会操作机床, 加工零件这次数控 中级培训对我来说,这是一次提高、一次借鉴、一次实践,使我在大学的学习中 深感收获巨大,这将受益终生。近年来,随着计算机技术的发展,数字控制技术已经广泛应用于工业控制的 各个领域, 尤其是机械制造业中, 由于数控化加工可以让机械加工行业朝高质量, 高精度,高成品率,高效率方向发展,最重要的一点是还可以利用现有的普通车 床,对其进行数控化改造,这样可以降低成本,提高效益。普通机床经经历了近两百年的历史。随着电子技术、计算机技术及自动化, 精密机械与测量等技术的发展与综合应用, 生产了机电一体化的新型机床一一数 控机床。数控机床一经使用就显示出了它独特的优越性和强大生命力,使原来不 能解决的许多问题,找到了科学解决的途径。数控车床是数字程序控制车床的简称, 它集通用性好的万能型车床、 加工精度 高的精密型车床和加工效率高的专用型车床的特点于一身,是国内使用量最大, 覆盖面最广的一种数控机床,也是是一种通过数字信息,控制机床按给定的运动 轨迹,进行自动加工的机电一体化的加工装备,经过半个世纪的发展,数控机床 已是现代制造业的重要标志之一,在我国制造业中,数控机床的应用也越来越广 泛,是一个企业综合实力的体现。这次数控实训,内容有车床,铣床。这次学习偏向于机床操作。通过电脑编程 模拟和下车床操作,以及加工零件。我对数控的学习有了一定的掌握。对于刚开 始的编程理解,我还是比较感兴趣,从当初的一知半解到现在熟悉运用每个 命令,并理解其含义,都是自己每天不断的摸索和老师耐心的教导息息相关。 一、对数控编程和模拟的理解和运用 对数控编程和模拟的理解和运用我很荣幸能有这么好的老师来教我们数控编程,其实学习最主要的还是靠 自己去多练,但关键的时候有老师指导,这样还是进步快点。特别是刚开始接触 编程和机械加工的时候,有老师指导进步特别快。记得老师开始讲编程的过程, 特别对经常使用的代码给介绍出来,然后对点位的理解和计算。对模拟好的零件 进行模拟加工。通过这些知识点的学习,我才渐渐的理解数控编程的一些基本要领。机 床上对刀是我之前遇到的最大难题,这是由于命令使用不习惯,和基本感念理解 不够透彻,不过通过后面的反复练习,现在已经熟悉掌握了模拟系统。如今已经 能够看懂图,知道走刀路线。以及涉及到的点位能够进行换算。 二、理论知识的学习和理解对于老师的加工要求,我已经认真的去学习,当然,相对要记住每个知识点, 还是有一定的差距,但我有信心能把理论知识学习好。我认为最主要的是去理解 每个知识点,而不是死记硬背,因为许多的理论知识都会在实际操作中用到,而 且必须掌握。只有完全的理解理论上的知识,才能更好的去完成实际的操作。比 如机床上的按钮,走刀路线,刀补等。都涉及到许多理论知识。只有把理论知识 吃透了,才能在加工过程中认真的去遵守,更的完成零件的加工。首先熟练运用模拟仿真软件进行模拟仿真,在经过仔细的工艺过程构思后,编 制好程序,进入仿真;首先对刀,做到准确快速无误。然后输入导入程序进行模 拟加工。加工成功无语后,携带程序到实际机床实践加工,注意易错事项后,顺 利加工。 三、铣床零件加工零件: 等高线加工参数设定:

还要花时间去思考加工路线等。长时间不去编程和下机床,也会把原来的知识给淡忘掉。所以我将在今后的日子 里,珍惜每次操作的机会。把握时机,更好的运用自己所学到的知识。相对数控 知识的海洋,我只是学到了冰山一角,我知道我要学的还有很多知识。我将在原 有的基础上,努力去学习数控这门知识。能够从事机械加工行业,能学友所有, 学友所获。希望能更好的运用相关知识来服务于这个社会。同时我希望通过自己 【数控加工实习报告】数控加工技术实训报告班级学号姓名专业指导老师谢 鸥 数控加工与编程 一、 课程设计的目的目的和任务 数控实习是培养学生掌握数控加工工艺、 数控加工程序的编制能力及数控机 床操作应用能力的重要实践性环节。学生通过亲自操作数控车床、数控铣床、数 控加工中心等一系列数控机床,并完成各台数控设备的程序编制、零件加工等, 学生对所学专业知识有了更深的理解。二、 数控机床安全操作规程1、安全操作基本注意事项 (1)工作时,请穿好工作服、安全鞋,并戴上安全帽及防护镜,不允许戴 手套操作数控机床,也不允许扎领带。(2)开车前,应检查数控机床各部件机构是否完好、各按钮是否能自动复 位。开机前,操作者应按机床使用说明书的规定给相关部位加油,并检查油标、 油量。(3)不要在数控机床周围放置障碍物,工作空间应足够大。(4)更换保险丝之前应关掉机床电源,千万不要用手去接触电动机、变压 器、控制板等有高压电源的场合。(5)一般不允许两人同时操作机床。但某项工作如需要两个人或多人共同 完成时,应注意相互将动作协调一致。(6)上机操作前应熟悉数控机床的操作说明书,数控车床的开机、关机顺 序,一定要按照机 床说明书的规定操作。(7)主轴启动开始切削之前一定要关好防护门,程序正常运行中严禁开启 防护门。(8)在每次电源接通后,必须先完成各轴的返回参考点操作,然后再进入 其他运行方式,以确保各轴坐标的正确性。(9)机床在正常运行时不允许打开电气柜的门。(10)加工程序必须经过严格检查方可进行操作运行。 (11)手动对刀时,应注意选择合适的进给速度;手动换刀时,刀架距工件 要有足够的转位距离不至于发生碰撞。(12)加工过程中,如出现异常危机情况可按下“急停”按钮,以确保人身 和设备的安全。(13)不允许采用压缩空气清洗机床、电气柜及 NC 单元。2、工作前的准备工作 (1)机床工作开始工作前要有预热,认真检查润滑系统工作是否正常,如 机床长时间未开动,可先采用手动方式向各部分供油润滑; (2) 使用的刀具应与机床允许的规格相符,有严重破损的刀具要及时更换; (3)调整刀具所用工具不要遗忘在机床内; (4)大尺寸轴类零件的中心孔是否合适,中心孔如太小,工作中易发生危 险; (5)刀具安装好后应进行一、二次试切削。(6)检查卡盘夹紧工作的状态; (6)机床开动前,必须关好机床防护门。3、工作过程中的安全注意事项 (1)禁止用手接触刀尖和铁屑,铁屑必须要用铁钩子或毛刷来清理; (2) 禁止用手或其它任何方式接触正在旋转的主轴、工件或其它运动部位; (3)禁止加工过程中量活、变速,更不能用棉丝擦拭工件、也不能清扫机 床; (4)车床运转中,操作者不得离开岗位,机床发现异常现象立即停车; (5)经常检查轴承温度,过高时应找有关人员进行检查; (6)在加工过程中,不允许打开机床防护门; (7)严格遵守岗位责任制,机床由专人使用,他人使用须经本人同意; (8)工件伸出车床 100mm 以外时,须在伸出位置设防护物。4、工作完成后的注意事项 (1)清除切屑、擦拭机床,使用机床与环境保持清洁状态; (2)注意检查或更换磨损坏了的机床导轨上的油察板; (3)检查润滑油、冷却液的状态,及时添加或更换; (4)依次关掉机床操作面板上的电源和总电源。(5)机床开机时应遵循先回零(有特殊要求除外) 、手动、点动、自动的原 则。机床运行应遵循先低速、中速、再高速的原则,其中低速、中速运行时间不 得少于 2-3 分钟。当确定无异常情况后,方可开始工作。(6)严禁在卡盘上、顶尖间敲打、矫直和修正工件,必须确认工件和刀具 夹紧后方可进行下步工作。(7)操作者在工作时更换刀具、工件、调整工件或离开机床时必须停机。(8)机床上的保险和安全防护装置,操作者不得任意拆卸和移动。(9)机床开始加工之前必须采用程序校验方式检查所用程序是否与被加工 零件相符,待确认无误后,方可关好安全防护罩,开动机床进行零件加工。(10)机床附件和量具、刀具应妥善保管,保持完整与良好,丢失或损坏照 价赔偿。(11)实训完毕后应清扫机床,保持清洁,将尾座和拖板移至床尾位置,并 切断机床电源。(12)了解零件图的技术要求,检查毛坯尺寸、形状有无缺陷。选择合理的 安装零件方法。(13)正确地选用数控车削刀具,安装零件和刀具要保证准确牢固。(14) 了解和掌握数控机床控制和操作面板及其操作要领,将程序准确地输 入系统,并模拟检查、试切,做好加工前的各项准备工作。(15) 加工过程中如发现车床运转声音不正常或出现故障时,要立即停车检 查并报告指导,以免出现危险。三、 数控机床机构数控机床一般由输入、输出装置、数控装置、可编程控制器、伺服系统、检 测反馈装置和机床主机等组成。1、输入输出装置 输入装置可将不同加工信息传递于计算机。在数控机床产生的初期,输入装 置为穿孔纸带,现已趋于淘汰;目前,使用键盘、磁盘等,大大方便了信息输入 工作。 输出指输出内部工作参数(含机床正常、理想工作状态下的原始参数,故障 诊断参数等) ,一般在机床刚工作状态需输出这些参数作记录保存,待工作一段 时间后, 再将输出与原始资料作比较、 对照, 可帮助判断机床工作是否维持正常。2、数控装置 数控装置是数控机床的核心与主导,完成所有加工数据的处理、计算工作, 最终实现数控机床各功能的指挥工作。它包含微计算机的电路,各种接口电路、 CRT 显示器等硬件及相应的软件。3、可编程控制器 即 PLC, 它对主轴单元实现控制, 将程序中的转速指令进行处理而控制主轴 转速;管理刀库,进行自动刀具交换、选刀方式、刀具累计使用次数、刀具剩余 寿命及刀具刃磨次数等管理;控制主轴正反转和停止、准停、切削液开关、卡盘 夹紧松开、机械手取送刀等动作;还对机床外部开关(行程开关、压力开关、温 控开关等)进行控制;对输出信号(刀库、机械手、回转工作台等)进行控制。4、检测反馈装置 由检测元件和相应的电路组成,主要是检测速度和位移,并将信息反馈于数 控装置,实现闭环控制以保证数控机床加工精度。5、机床主机 数控机床的主体,包括床身、主轴、进给传动机构等机械部件。四、 数控车削1、数控车床概述 数控车床, 是一种高精度、 高效率的自动化机床。配备多工位刀塔或动力刀塔, 机床就具有广泛的加工艺性能,可加工直线圆柱、斜线圆柱、圆弧和各种螺纹、 槽、蜗杆等复杂工件。具有直线插补、圆弧插补各种补偿功能,并在复杂零件的 批量生产中发挥了良好的经济效果。2、数控车床 数控车床又称为 CNC 车床,即计算机数字控制车床,是一种高精度、高效 率的自动化机床。它具有广泛的加工艺性能,可加工直线圆柱、斜线圆柱、圆弧 和各种螺纹。具有直线插补、圆弧插补各种补偿功能,并在复杂零件的批量生产 中发挥了良好的经济效果。 数控车床是目前国内使用量最大,覆盖面最广的一种数控机床,约占数控机床 总数的 25%。数控机床是集机械、电气、液压、气动、微电子和信息等多项技术 为一体的机电一体化产品。是机械制造设备中具有高精度、高效率、高自动化和 高柔性化等优点的工作母机。3、数控车床的分类 数控车床品种繁多,规格不一,可按如下方法进行分类。按车床主轴位置分类数控车床分为立式数控车床和卧式数控车床两种类型。(1)立式数控车床立式数控车床简称为数控立车,其车床主轴垂直于水平面,一 个直径很大的圆形工作台,用来装夹工件。这类机床主要用于加工径向尺寸大、 轴向尺寸相对较小的大型复杂零件。(2)卧式数控车床卧式数控车床又分为数控水平导轨卧式车床和数控倾斜导轨 卧式车床。其倾斜导轨结构可以使车床具有更大的刚性,并易于排除切屑。按加工零件的基本类型分(1)卡盘式数控车床。这类车床没有尾座,适合车削盘类(含短轴类)零件。夹紧 方式多为电动或液动控制,卡盘结构多具有可调卡爪或不淬火卡爪(即软卡爪)。(2)顶尖式数控车床。这类车床配有普通尾座或数控尾座,适合车削较长的零件 及直径不太大的盘类零件。按刀架数量分(1)单刀架数控车床数控车床。一般都配置有各种形式的单刀架,如四工位卧动 转位刀架或多工位转塔式自动转位刀架。(2)双刀架数控车床。这类车床的双刀架配置平行分布, 也可以是相互垂直分布。按功能分类1)经济型数控车床:采用步进电动机和单片机对普通车床的车削进给系统进 行改造后形成的简易型数控车床。成本较低,自动化程度和功能都比较差,车削 加工精度也不高,适用于要求不高的回转类零件的车削加工。(2)普通数控车床:根据车削加工要求在结构上进行专门设计,配备通用数控系 统而形成的数控车床。数控系统功能强,自动化程度和加工精度也比较高,适用 于一般回转类零件的车削加工。这种数控车床可同时控制两个坐标轴,即 x 轴和 z 轴。 (3)车削加工中心:在普通数控车床的基础上,增加了 C 轴和动力头,更高级 的机床还带有刀库,可控制 X、Z 和 C 三个坐标轴,联动控制轴可以是(X、Z)、 (X、C)或(Z、C)。由于增加了 C 轴和铣削动力头,这种数控车床的加工功能大 大增强,除可以进行一般车削外,还可以进行径向和轴向铣削、曲面铣削、中心 线不在零件回转中心的孔和径向孔的钻削等加工。其它分类方法按数控系统的不同控制方式等指标,数控车床可以分很多种类,如直线控制数 控车床,两主轴控制数控车床等;按特殊或专门工艺性能可分为螺纹数控车床、 活塞数控车床、曲轴数控车床等多种。数控车床的组成结构和工作原理 机床结构 数控机床一般由输入输出设备、CNC 装置(或称 CNC 单元) 、伺服单元、 驱动装置(或称执行机构) 、可编程控制器 PLC 及电气控制装置、辅助装置、机 床本体及测量反馈装置组成。如下图是数控机床的组成框图。电 气 回 路 操 作 面 板 PLC辅 助 装 置机主轴伺服单元 主轴驱动装置床 本输入/输出 设 备计算机 数 装 控 置进给伺服单元进给驱动装置体测量反馈装置⑴、机床本体 数控机床的机床本体与传统机床相似, 由主轴传动装置、 进给传动装置、 床身、 工作台以及辅助运动装置、液压气动系统、润滑系统、冷却装置等组成。但数控 机床在整体布局、外观造型、传动系统、刀具系统的结构以及操作机构等方面都 已发生了很大的变化, 这种变化的目的是为了满足数控机床的要求和充分发挥数 控机床的特点。⑵、CNC 单元 CNC 单元是数控机床的核心,CNC 单元由信息的输入、处理和输出三个部分 组成。CNC 单元接受数字化信息,经过数控装置的控制软件和逻辑电路进行译 码、插补、逻辑处理后,将各种指令信息输出给伺服系统,伺服系统驱动执行部 件作进给运动。⑶输入/输出设备 输入装置将各种加工信息传递于计算机的外部设备。在数控机床产生初期,输 入装置为穿孔纸带,现已淘汰,后发展成盒式磁带,再发展成键盘、磁盘等便携 式硬件, 极大方便了信息输入工作, 现通用 DNC 网络通讯串行通信的方式输入。输出指输出内部工作参数(含机床正常、理想工作状态下的原始参数,故障诊 断参数等) ,一般在机床刚工作状态需输出这些参数作记录保存,待工作一段时 间后,再将输出与原始资料作比较、对照,可帮助判断机床工作是否维持正常。⑷伺服单元 伺服单元由驱动器、驱动电机组成,并与机床上的执行部件和机械传动部件组 成数控机床的进给系统。它的作用是把来自数控装置的脉冲信号转换成机床移动 部件的运动。对于步进电机来说,每一个脉冲信号使电机转过一个角度,进而带 动机床移动部件移动一个微小距离。每个进给运动的执行部件都有相应的伺服驱 动系统,整个机床的性能主要取决于伺服系统。⑸驱动装置 驱动装置把经放大的指令信号变为机械运动, 通过简单的机械连接部件驱动机 床,使工作台精确定位或按规定的轨迹作严格的相对运动, 最后加工出图纸所 要求的零件。和伺服单元相对应,驱动装置有步进电机、直流伺服电机和交流伺 服电机等。伺服单元和驱动装置可合称为伺服驱动系统,它是机床工作的动力装置,CNC 装置的指令要靠伺服驱动系统付诸实施,所以,伺服驱动系统是数控机床的重要 组成部分。⑹可编程控制器 可编程控制器 (PC,Programmable Controller) 是一种以微处理器为基础的通 用型自动控制装置, 专为在工业环境下应用而设计的。由于最初研制这种装置的 目的是为了解决生产设备的逻辑及开关控制, 故把称它为可编程逻辑控}
