WR投稿后反应很慢,几周后状态才变化。审稿周期较长,审稿人增加到3个。审稿人的态度很认真,意见写得很长。但是最大的问题是,审稿人不是同行,不知是否随机指派的审稿人,完全不关注你做的什么和论文写的什么。审稿意见中要我解释一些本领域最基本的概念,问了一些完全不搭调的问题以及语法问题,最终with editor 2周后给了拒稿。这已经不是第一次这样了,我也懒得argue了,直接改改投别的杂志。总体来说,我的研究还是与传统水处理差异性较大,这样就代表了风险性较高。但是WR的审稿系统中绝对有小同行,只是编辑没有给分配。Anyway,投个传统的水处理论文可能好过一些, 太交叉或者太新的方向风险较大。

前几天刚接收第一篇WR,3月份投稿,6月初初审完毕。两个审稿人,第一个审稿人建议在分析上加强,以及其它问题合计4页;另一个审稿人就几条意见,主要是让我对文章中的几个结论给出更合理的解释,比较好对付。主编给了Major revision,花了近一个月的时间回复审稿人的意见,最后的Response写了10几页,并按要求增加了新的分析方法。返修后没几天就收到邮件提示审稿意见已经回到主编那,状态变成了with editor。在焦虑中等待了两个多星期,终于等到了Editor decision——accepted。感觉WR没想象中的那么难,可能是我文章创新性还行,又遇到了比较仁慈的审稿人和主编,另外,对审稿意见我做了很认真,很认真,很认真的回复。
