一剂中药黑了头

现在介绍一个中药方子，可以解除你的烦恼。
不信你就试试。
首乌芝麻糊：
何首乌是一种常见的中药，中药铺里有售。
据说每到半夜，何首乌的茎就如同藤一样柔软，
两根茎会自然相交于一体，到了白天，又自然分开，
故被称为夜交藤。
它和黑芝麻便是这个秘方中的主角，
芝麻和何首乌自古以来就被称为延年益寿食物，
无任何副作用，
不仅能令白发转青，多吃还可永葆青春。
每天早晚吃两勺子芝麻夜交藤糊，
两个月后，你的头发会慢慢变黑。
大约四个月后，所有白发慢慢转青。
到时拥有一头乌黑发亮的黑发，
便不再是梦。
何首乌100克，黑芝麻50克，蜂蜜50克 具体做法：
第1步：将何首乌洗净，
放于锅内蒸半小时，何首乌变软。 第2步：将蒸软的何首乌取出，
再放入锅内煎一小时，何首乌的汁溶于水中。 第3步：将芝麻炒熟，
放于盛有何首乌片的锅内煮10分钟。
第4步：放凉后加入蜂蜜，将所有材料搅匀即可。
何首乌、黑芝麻各三两，
一起炒干研碎，用白糖水调服。
每次3钱，一日一次，连服半月，可补肾健发。
亦有黑发之效。
