21楼正解！我也遇到同样的情况，家里的网络是联通提供的，pubmed上的文章均不能下。笔记本到了单位，中国电信的网络，就都正常了。 联通啊，哀其不幸，怒其不争！

问题就出现在120.52.73.76－ 120.52.73.79 这个IP区段上，是联通的就不行，电信就可以， 看来只能换网了
