随着京东、淘宝股权众筹平台的陆续上线，“众筹”从外来舶来品已变成当前在中国家喻户晓的概念。与此同时，国内知名的
也不甘寂寞地加入了众筹热潮。6 月 28 日, 其打造的用户众筹平台“真股”正式上线了。
与传统侧重投资回报的股权众筹不同，真股帮助平台公司招募“用户合伙人”，也就是让用户粉丝成为公司股东，与创业公司共同成长。另外一个角度讲，真股也是基于公司股票权益而设立的投资工具。
“真股的使命在于褪去“股权投资”的光环，回归到最本质的“拥有感”的属性，与用户一起，多赢。” 真股平台负责人、真格基金副总裁顾旻曼接受采访时说,“目前大部分的股权众筹平台都不过是专业投资人之间的游戏，把线下的交易“展示”到线上去，并没有真正实现社会红利。”
据了解，只要是公司用户，就能以 233.3 元的“低门槛”价格购买到真股，不需要 30 万以上年收入，更不需要成为专业风险投资机构。这也让“很多人都知道”的股权众筹完成向“很多人都能参与”的众筹转变。
真股平台操作流程
另外记者了解到，真股平台会提供法律和财务服务以保证操作的合法性；关于项目背书：将真格基金投资过的明星项目与大众分享，定价为真格上一轮投资价格。
其实，这样的模式已经在国外得到了成功的验证。苏格兰出名的手工啤酒品牌 BrewDog 就是一家由 14,500 狂热啤酒爱好者所拥有的一家年利润在 3 千万英镑的公司。在其最近的第五次“朋克股权计划”中，已经成功通过 50 万份股权融到 2500 万英镑。而他们的股东，不仅是投资者，还有手工啤酒运动宣传者和 BrewDog 的品牌使者。
这种“投资者”+“用户”的双重身份同样发生在真股平台的项目上，比如其首轮项目——健身社区 FitTime。本次 FitTime 众筹定价为 233.3 元，对应真股 5 股。（1 真股对应的价值约是 10 股公司股票）
据悉，本次 FitTime “肌肉重筹”计划将发放 1500 真股给 300 名用户。除了投资回报之外，还将获得某运动品牌赞助的健身套装礼品。此外，健身 FitTime 的“真股东”还可以享受终身“1 对 1”私人健康管家服务和新产品使用权，并可以随时到公司找创始人喝茶健身、谈人生、谈梦想，而且可以参加每年度的股东大会、融资发布会等。
“一方面我们希望能回馈一路伴我们走来的老战友，是他们的支持让 FitTime 能滴水穿石”，FitTime 创始人朱骁潇说，“但更重要的是圈住健身行业的意见领袖（Key Opinion Leader）是最后能占领第一而不倒的根基。”目前，FitTime 已有 220 万粉丝，并吸引超过 2.5 亿次阅读、评论和转发。
真格基金由新东方创始人徐小平、王强创立，已成功投资聚美优品、世纪佳缘等上市公司。今日上线的真股平台由真格基金背书，并提供创业项目资源、品牌质量双保证。需要补充的是，真股首发几轮项目都将拿出真格基金已经成功投资的潜在明星项目与用户们分享，这也许是难得一遇的和“徐老师一同发财”的好机会。
