我是医学本科学生一枚，最近在向学习Meta，在看别人写的meta碰到有些问题不懂，恳请各位前辈指教.1.To compute a summary RR with its 95%CI,we used the study- speci?c most-adjusted RR or OR (highest compared with lowest amounts of soy intake) and its 95% CI in all analyses。这里的红字标出来的most-adjusted RR or OR 没有看到过，原来接触的都是RR OR ，请问是什么意思。请问OR 跟HR 和RR 可以通用么，因为看到有些文献里面是通用的。2. Because of different methods used to assess soy consumption across studies, more well- designed cohort studies or intervention studies that use uni?ed measures of soy intake are needed to fully characterize such an association.这里的干预性研究指的是什么？3。study-speci?c effect size 这个效应值是什么意思？ 4.pooled analysis 跟meta 分析有什么区别？如果是研究A B两种药对C病的治愈率，那么pooled analysis 是将所有原始研究包括A药、B药治疗C病分别检索出来然后分别合并后在比较A、B 分别合并的治愈率？

home2001 院子有两篇帖子1、如何选择OR，RR，HR，RD - 循证医学与临床运用讨论版 -丁香园论坛2、【交流】再探讨OR,RR,HR转换, 转换难道是浮云? - 循证医学与临床运用讨论版 -丁香园论坛3、我仔细看了上面的链接，但是好像关于OR RR 和HR 相互之间的转换还是很模糊，根据前辈们的总结：1.RR 和OR 在发病率很低的情况下可以合并2.如果能够得到四个表原始资料，则可以计算出想要的OR问题是：1..但是如果发病率比较高的时候，RR OR就不能近似相等而合并，有的战友说有公式可以用RR转换成OR，不知道是否可行，书本上好像也没有，所以感觉模棱两可，不知道下结论。2.有站有提到调整的OR值，求前辈们详解，因为看到很多文献里面提到 校正的OR值，请问有什么用

dandinglunhui 以下是效应量的选择依据，摘自《系统评价/Meta分析理论与实践》HR用于生存资料分析。谢谢楼上的大神的帮助，关于循证医学和统计学的了解以前只是通过上课以及问老师了解的，所以了解的比较肤浅，请见谅，所以问的都是一些比较基础但是自己又搞不明白的问题。因为这一个月才开始深入了解meta，这两天试着翻译搞懂一篇文章，其中特别是遇到方法学上的知识不是很懂，还有两个问题，恳请大神们的解答，叮当悬赏不多，我也才入院子没有多少，还请见谅，问题如下：问题：Two of the authors independently evaluated the eligibility of all retrieved studies from the databases and extracted the rel- evant data from each included study by using a uni?ed data form.Theitemsincludedinthedataformwereasfollows:study name (together with the ?rst author’s name and year of pub- lication), journal name, country and study design, study pop- ulation, range for follow-up, soy foods or soy products assessed, comparison of soy food intake, study-speci?c adjusted ORs or RRs with 95% CIs for the highest compared with lowest amount of the soy or soy iso?avones intake, and matched or adjusted variables in the design or data analysis. The 2 lists from the authors were compared, and disagreements were resolved by consensus. 为什么原文中会用到study-specific adjusted ORs or RRs；以及配对或调整的变量具体指的什么，怎么解释，配对我能够理解，但是调整的变量就理解不了了。还有一个很弱智的问题，specific study指的是原始文献特指的研究么？

Identification of degradation intermediates. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analyses were done as previously described, except an Alltech Alltima Amino column (250 mm by 4.6 mm, 5- mparticles) was used with an isocratic mobile phase consisting of 78% acetonitrile and 22% 5 mM phosphate buffer (pH 6.7) at a flow rate of 0.375 ml/min. Retention times for melamine, ammeline, ammelide, and cyanuric acid standards monitored at 224 nm were 14.8 to 17.0, 32.4 to 35.6, 27.0 to 29.0, and 14.2 to 17.2 min, respectively. Melamine and cyanuric acid had overlapping retention times but were differentiated by their UV absorbance peaks at 202 nm and 214 nm, respectively.
Screening for melamine deaminase genes and sequencing of trzA flanking regions. The presence oftrzA or triA in Rhodococcus sp. strain Mel was determined by PCR using the primers trzA_309F and trzA_787R (see Table S1 in the supplemental material), designed from the published sequences from strain NRRL B-15444R, and the atzA primers, which were shown to amplify an internal fragment from triA. Genome sequencing and analyses.Total genomic DNA from Rhodococcus sp. strain Mel was sequenced using a Roche GS 454 FLX system and standard LR 70 chemistry at the University of Minnesota BMGC. Sequences were assembled, and 423 of 440 contigs were submitted to Genoscope for annotation and synteny analysis using the MicroScope and Magnifying Genomes (MaGe) interface platforms.
