行为心理学研究者告诉我们，21 天可以就可以养成一个习惯。21 这个数字在第一天的时候看上去好像不多，如果三分钟热度却往往让我们止步在前三天，如果这说的就是你，那么 Streaks 就是为你而生。
那些虎头蛇尾的计划最需要的就是每日状态跟踪。Streaks 最多可以添加 6 项任务，在为新任务选择图标的同时，还可以选择一周内需要打卡的时间，任务贪多会增加放弃的几率哦。
每当你在任务上长按「打卡」时，任务下方的 streak 值就会记录一分，连续打卡可以让数值增长，然而如果你在某一天放弃了坚持，你的 streak 值就会退回至零。你的目标就是将任务图标下方的数字保持在一个尽可能大的值。
作为一个习惯养成的应用，Streaks 致力于避免半途而废，例如你可以自己设定完成任务的频次，比如周一、周三、周五去健身房锻炼。并且，首屏右下角的展示模式切换可以直观地看到当月的坚持情况以及 All Time 统计数据。
此外，假如有一天你忘记了打卡，或者是想拖到第二天完成，你可以在 Streaks 中为前一天的任务打卡，同时，你还能在打卡后通过摇一摇撤销已打卡的项目。
Streaks 还内设可以与 iOS Health 无缝同步的健康任务，例如每天消耗多少卡路里，每天记录身体数据、每天跑步多少千米等等。例如，当你的目标设置为每天跑步 5 公里时，Streaks 就会读取 Health 中自动记录的数据，当你完成任务的时候引发自动打卡。
值得一提的是，Streaks 中有一个帮助你增加任务难度的小彩蛋，当你连续多天完成跑步任务时，Streaks 会提示你增加任务中的跑步公里数。
