Metro Republique is a central hup for a number of important Metro line which take you either East or West:
Metro Line 3 coming from St. Lazare train station, Opera and going to the Pere Lachaise cemetry.
Metro line 5 coming from Gare du Nord.
Metro line 8 coming from Concorde and going towards Bastille.
Metro line 9 coming from the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, Champs Elysees.

The Metro stop Filles du Calvaire is on line 8 coming either from Balard or Creteil.
The metro station is right on Boulevard du Temple which separates the 3rd from the 11th district in Paris. This stop is an ideal starting point to be walking down through the Marais towords the Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral. The only thing you need to do is walk down rue Vieille du Temple and keep on going straight. The road will take you also to the Musée Picasso, several well-know galleries and shops.&(...)

The Oberkampf station is on Metro line number 5 coming straight from Gare du Nord in the direction of Place d’Italie.
To catch the right metro line always look for the number and its final destination which gives you the direction you need to be going.

This supermarket is part of Franprix, a normally no frills supermarket chain. However this particular shop is different : it offers a "gourmet" and more upmarket selection of products. Another advantage, its late opening hours until 10 pm on most weekdays.

The Alsatian Bofinger opened his brasserie near Place de la Bastille in 1864. Today still, amateurs of Alsation food love to come here, enjoy the 19th century decoration and the excellent service.
Le Bofinger is for amateurs of Alsation and brasserie food. For travelers looking for a lively atmosphere and stylish surroundings.
The bill can be quite steep, expect 50 EUR per person.
The brasserie is right next to Place de la Bastille and not far from the Place des Vosges.

This is an underground parking lot with about 240 spaces just behind la Place de la République at the border of the 3rd and the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
Rates are start at 2 euros for one hour to 25 euros per day.
Place de la République is a central Métro hub which takes you anywhere into Paris. It is a lifely square with some major retail stores : Darty (electronics), Go Sports (sport articles), Habitat (furniture and design). The Marais quarter and the Canal St. Martin are nearby.
