核心提示：篮球足又称“前踝撞击综合征”，在足球运动员中，前方撞击多因跖屈位前方直接创伤导致。背伸和扭转动作较多的运动项目也容易发生前方撞击，如篮球、标枪、跳高、跳远等。
　　随着各大中小学陆续开学，孩子们又重启了学校生活模式，爱好篮球、踢足球的运动男孩又聚在一起玩个痛快。然而，由此而产生的骨科隐患也随之增多。
　　据针灸推拿科主治医生杨榕介绍，最近前来骨伤科治疗的男孩不在少数，其中打篮球、踢足球所伤导致的“前踝撞击”比较突出。　　“篮球足”又称前踝撞击综合征　　篮球足又称“前踝撞击综合征”，其发病原因包括：重复背曲、反复和亚临床踝关节不稳。前踝撞击综合征主要的临床表现为踝关节、疼痛和下蹲活动受限、踝关节功能障碍。X线片显示胫骨前唇和距骨，MRI显示距骨软骨损伤，踝关节腔内积液。踝时胫骨前缘或前内侧有固定压痛，背伸活动均不同程度受限，部分踝关节僵硬。　　前方撞击性骨赘是由反复直接或间接创伤所致。在足球运动员中，前方撞击多因跖屈位前方直接创伤导致。背伸和扭转动作较多的运动项目也容易发生前方撞击，如篮球、标枪、跳高、跳远等。　　平片可发现胫骨远端或距骨颈部骨刺　　如平片检查阴性，进行 MRI 检查。保守治疗效果差。可进行关节镜下关节清理术。有学者进行了包含13 例青少年病例研究分析发现，保守治疗后均无法进行体育运动。关节镜下清理术后效果不一，但10 名青少年可恢复体育运动。另有研究表明 97% 患者可恢复正常体育运动。　　保守治疗与手术治疗　　如何治疗呢？可分为保守治疗和手术治疗，保守治疗包括休息、口服非甾体类抗炎药、物理治疗、局部注射治疗以及康复训练。
　　手术治疗：关节镜手术主要行清理术，切除增生的滑膜和引起撞击的软组织团块。单纯的踝关节软组织撞击综合症关节镜手术效果良好。对于合并踝关节慢性不稳定的病例，需要手术时重建韧带，恢复关节的稳定性。　　小编提醒一句：运动虽好，还是要悠着点。
