.打开手机信息.点选项,在写信息,然后点SIM卡,收件箱都有的界面.打开后标记全部你删掉的是手机内的信息,SIM卡内的没删掉

可以去移动或者联通营业厅，叫工作人员帮你删除，然后再去收件箱删除，建议将短信存储位置改到sim中这个短信是储存在sim卡里的，实在不行
删的是存手机里的信息！sim卡一般最多存50条信息就满了，进入信息---&选项---&sim卡信息……之后的操作，你要删就删吧！
你删除的手机上面的信息
选项里面切换sim信息删除即可
