With the global financial crisis developed from the subprime mortgage crisis of the U.S. A, there has been a wave of bankruptcies in the whole world. Many enterprises faced a lot of problems such as
production operation pressure, serious backlog of inventory, tight working capital and so on. Financial risk management in business activities has become increasingly prominent. As a signal, the financial risk exists in all aspects of production and operation, as a more comprehensive response
to the business situation of enterprises, it has become the core of enterprise management.
The emergence of the financial crisis has revealed significant gaps in the financial risk management of
many companies , so the financial risk management should be more widely appreciated, especially when the impact of the international financial crisis continues, and there is uncertainty in the world economic recovery, it has become a practical method for enterprise's survival and development to strengthen the corporate financial risk management,
prevent and resolve corporate financial risk, and enhance corporate value. This paper begin from the outline
of corporate financial risk, and gives a specific analysis of its causes, and expounds related risk assessment, in order to
investigate how can we
