A recent survey shows that the health of the students in our school has been going from bad to worse in the past three years. It’s shocking that 92.5 percent of us are nearsighted now, compared to 78.20% in 2008, which was already worrying. The same is true for students’ sleeping condition. Nine students out of ten suffer from a lack of sleep at present.
  There’re another two facts that shouldn’t be ignored. Two years ago, about one third of the students were in the trouble of overweight, and less than one third of them had problems in mental health. However, both numbers have risen to 50% or so within the past two years.
  In view of the serious health condition, immediate steps should be taken before it’s too late. To begin with, the amount of homework should be properly controlled. Moreover, school should provide students with necessary knowledge on health and satisfy their needs for recreation. It is equally important that students should get rid of their unhealthy habits, become more efficient in their study and lead a healthy life.

我最喜欢的体育运动
我一向喜欢体育运动,跳绳、踢毽子、打羽毛球、跑步都是我的强项,但我最喜欢的还是打羽毛球。
我打羽毛球的经历要追溯到上初中的时候,如今二十多年过去了,我对羽毛球的兴趣仍然有增无减,在备课、讲课、辅导、改作业的间隙里,依然忙里偷闲,打上一阵羽毛球。我经常打羽毛球的对手是王老师,操场上、楼前边,哪里风小,那里就是我们的战场。刚开始的几个球总是打得不顺手,或者球发偏了,出界;或是发的太低,不过网;或是对方打来一个好球,自己没接住,连连叹气。几个球过后,渐渐找到了感觉,随着砰砰的击球声,羽毛球飞得那么平稳,像一只白色的鸽子飞来飞去,在我们之间画着美丽的弧线,常常是一百多个回合也难分胜负。一会儿又打得险象环生,对方用力过大或正好赶上顺风,球来得又高又远,我要迅速后退,然后奋力跳起,尽全力挥拍把球打回去;有时对手用力太小或者赶上逆风,球打得既低又近,我就得紧赶两步,然后歇步蹲身,在球即将落地的一刹那迅速挥拍挑起,球又飞起来了,王老师会在那边大叫“好球”,我也感觉有一种成就感。王老师更是打羽毛球的高手,所以我们每次打球都打得酣畅淋漓,常常一堂课的时间过去了,仍然意犹未尽,别人穿着棉衣还冷得哆嗦,我们俩仅穿毛衣却汗流浃背。
打羽毛球是一项剧烈的运动,头几天胳膊腿会酸疼,只要坚持打下去,症状会慢慢消失,使人感觉浑身是劲,既健身,又取暖。
我喜欢打羽毛球还有另一个原因:颈椎病是教师的职业病,备课改作业时间久了,脖子会酸痛,打羽毛球既要仰脸看球,又要挥动臂击球,颈椎和脊背都得到了运动,脑力劳动和体育运动相结合,有益身心,胜于牵引。
生命在于运动,打羽毛球可以锻炼身体,缓解压力,让人身心轻松,充满生机和活力,我喜欢打羽毛球!

我最喜欢的体育运动
我最喜欢的体育运动莫过于踢毽子了。
星期六的早晨,打开窗户,放眼望去,天空晶莹剔透,好像一面无边无际的水晶玻璃。在这样好的天气下,伸个懒腰,打个哈欠,在和食品做过斗争后,便走向了去往公园的林荫小道上。
时间过的真快,转眼就到了公园。我大步流星的走到被小花小草几乎快要掩盖的空地上,与以往不同的是,我这次拿出了毽子,踢了起来,姥姥用大毽子,我用小毽子。姥姥先做了一个示范。只见姥姥把毽子往上一抛,毽子掉下来时用脚的侧面一接,就一下一下的踢起来。她一会儿用脚尖踢,一会儿用脚后跟踢,一会儿左炸毛毽,一会儿右炸毛毽,真像一只小燕子在快乐的飞舞。
轮到我踢了,我踢得也不赖嘛!只见那毽子上窜下跳,像个孩子似的,调皮的蹦来蹦去,只是踢了没有五个就坏了。我也坚持不懈的尝试了不下十次,可是没有一次踢了左炸毛毽或右炸毛毽,我都快变成泄了气的皮球了,可正当这时,突然出现了一个转折点,那个调皮的毽子离开了我的控制,正要落地,就在这千钧一发的时刻,我急忙跑上去,用脚接住了毽子,而且又踢了两个,并且博得了姥姥对我的奖励。

我喜欢的体育运动
每个人都有着自己喜欢的体育运动,平时很少运动的我也不例外,我喜欢打羽毛球,这份喜欢打小就伴随着我。平时学习学疲惫的时候,心情抑郁的时候总会约几个朋友到寝室楼下的空地打打羽毛球,放松心情。什么烦恼都借着拍子从心底挥了出去,半小时后,整个人都振奋了,神清气爽,饶是什么不开心的事都烟消云散。
喜欢羽毛球,喜欢那用雪白的羽毛编成的球,很特别的设计,当它在空中腾飞的时候真的就像白鸽一般可爱,每次与朋友打球时都会很专注地盯着那雪白的球,在拍子之间肆意跳动,那样活泼有生气。
尽管,我并没有参加过比赛之类的,而只是当作一健身放松的运动。据我所知,打羽毛球有很多的好处,在场地上不停地进行脚步移动、跳跃、转体、挥拍,合理地运用各种击球技术和步法将球在场上往返对击,从而增大了上肢、下肢和腰部肌肉的力量,加快了锻炼者全身血液循环,增强了心血管系统和呼吸系统的功能。长期进行羽毛球锻炼,可使心跳强而有力,肺活量加大,耐久力提高。此外,羽毛球运动要求练习者在短时间对瞬息万变的球路作出判断,果断地进行反击,因此,它能提高人体神经系统的灵敏性和协调性。

在运动场上挥洒得淋漓尽致,每一个动作都极尽的帅气精准,因为他,我更加痴迷的喜欢着羽毛球,曾经也想过做一个出色的羽毛球运动员,虽然现实与想法差距挺大的,但是我对于羽毛球的喜欢不会因此而决断。
羽毛球就在身边,很亲近,想它了就可以拿着羽毛拍挥洒一场激情的汗水!
