　　很多妈妈觉得自己的宝宝太活泼好动，有时候甚至连5分钟时间都坐不住，精力总是过于旺盛，似乎永远都不知道疲倦。尤其是晚上睡觉时更是困难，应该如何与一时不得闲的小淘气相处呢？
　　心理专家说，宝宝在1-2岁时，喜欢上蹿下跳，非常淘气，这是一件很常见的事情。宝宝活泼好动，可能是想引起别人的关注，可能是气质类型使然，也有可能是不良的生活习惯造成的。对于活泼好动的宝宝，有时候只需要我们巧动一下心思，多站在宝宝的角度上考虑问题，一切就迎刃而解了。
　　【相处小方法】：
　　1.多关注淘气宝宝的真实需求。
　　有的家长上班很忙，平时很少有时间陪孩子，很少关注孩子的感受、心理变化。家长的这种忙碌、有借口的冷漠，可能会无意识的伤害到孩子的小小心灵。孩子在家长面前表现得过于好动、疯闹，有时候只是想得到家长的关注、认可，甚至是安抚。所有，多抽时间陪陪孩子，蹲下来，多听听孩子的想法，当孩子闹个不停时，耐心地和孩子交流交流，孩子会开心、很乖巧地依偎在你身边。
　　2.好动是孩子的气质类型，以平常心处之。
　　很多小家伙天生活泼好动，这样的孩子气质偏外向，引导得当的话，长大以后也会形成活泼的性格。针对孩子小时候的好动淘气，家长不要过分大惊小怪，保持一颗平常心，只要在保证孩子安全、健康成长的情况下，活泼一点没什么不好。
　　有的妈妈可能担心淘气好动的宝宝，做事情会没有耐心。别急，当宝宝能坚持做完一件事情，或有一点进步时，家长要及时鼓励、帮助宝宝建立自信心，逐步养成自我控制能力，切不可动不动就拿宝宝坐不住说事，反复批评，或以让宝宝“独坐”作为一种惩罚，宝宝产生逆反心理，会变得更加坐不住。
　　3.帮助宝宝养成良好的习惯。
　　帮助小淘气养成良好的习惯非常重要，以睡眠习惯为例：有的宝宝精力特别旺盛，特别好动，尤其是到了晚上，怎么哄都不愿意睡。这时候，帮助小淘气养成睡眠规律就很重要。
　　睡眠要有规律对孩子不能过于迁就，寻找不肯上床睡觉的原因，采取针对性措施让他尽早上床。例如，父母要以身作则，不要因看电视、工作、娱乐等拖延睡眠时间，使孩子也不肯上床睡眠。
　　不要太放纵孩子，使他们的情绪过于兴奋，不愿意上床睡觉。应当注意的是，父母要逐渐掌握孩子要睡眠的表现，最好在他们刚一发困时就要让上床，不要等很累了才去睡，这样就逐渐培养起孩子按时入睡的习惯。
　　一旦建立了按时入睡的习惯，就不要因为一些小事，轻易破坏建立起来的睡眠规律。
　　4.让淘气顽皮的宝宝充分运动。
　　对于那些上蹿下跳、淘气的宝宝，每天要安排充分的时间让他尽兴活动，比如到室外运动、玩耍，最好活动到筋疲力尽，让宝宝过剩的精力充分宣泄出来，然后尽量安排一些安静的活动，陪伴宝宝读一本书，听一首音乐，都是让宝宝安静下来的好方法。
　　5.通过游戏克服宝宝的淘气好动。
　　游戏深受宝宝欢迎，有的游戏可以让宝宝在活动量充足的前提下，不至于因“发疯”而失控。许多游戏都可以促使宝宝克服自己好动淘气、不能控制自己的习惯，如捉迷藏、木头人等游戏，既能让宝宝很好地学会“静默”，也可以培养亲子之间的良好关系，让宝宝体会到，其实不再吵闹、不再疯跑，偶尔安安静静的做做游戏，也是生活中的乐趣呢。
　　6.培养专注力，不要轻易打扰宝宝。
　　淘气的宝宝要格外注意专注力的培养。有的小淘气比其他同龄宝宝显得聪明的多，小脑瓜反应特别快，但却很难长时间坐下来做一件事情，注意力有待培养。建议家长们，当宝宝正在做某件事时，切不可随意地打断宝宝，要尽可能减少周围的环境对宝宝的刺激，要让孩子做完一件事再做另一件事，培养孩子的专注力。

鲍曙明，计算机学士 （1982），应用统计硕士（1987），美国Clemson University应用经济学博士（1996）。现任美国密西根大学中国信息研究中心主任。[1]
鲍曙明工作经历
自1982－85年间任机电部上海发电设备成套设备研究所助理工程师，1996-97间任上海财经大学数量经济研究所讲师，1996-97间任美国数软公司研究研究员。1997年起受聘于密西根大学，现任中国信息研究中心主任。 年间，参与了国际研究所所长杰夫-萨克斯教授主持的中国西部发展项目，考察了中国西部数十个省与自治区，于2003年与有关海内外专家，共同推动成立了由、西南财大、、、宁夏民族学院、四川社科院、宁夏社科院、等西部高校和研究机构为核心组成的中国西部研究联合体，并受聘为联合体海外秘书处副秘书长，负责海外协调和年会组织工作。
年间受聘为特聘教授和鄱阳湖生态与环境研究教育部重点实验室主任。2009年起受聘为华东理工大学商学院讲座教授和华东理工大学商学院城市与区域分析实验室主任。[2]
