聚天冬氨酸及其衍生物的制备、表征和应用 姓名:陈伟 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:高分子化学与物理 指导教师:汪长春 座机电话号码 摘要 硕士毕业论文 聚天冬氨酸及其衍生物的制备、表征及其应用 研究生:陈伟导师汪长春教授 . 复旦大学高分子系 摘要 聚天冬氨酸及其衍生物因其自身良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,在生物医 学领域有着广阔的应用前景。国内外已经对聚天冬氨酸的嵌段共聚物做了大量的 研究。通过接枝方法来制备聚天冬氨酸衍生物可以有效的控制聚天冬氨酸的结 构,并实现对其亲疏水性的调节。本论文工作的主要目的是通过简单的合成和改
性,制备出生物相容性好的聚天冬氨酸及其衍生物,并对制备的聚合物进行初步
应用。研究工作主要包括以下几个部分: 通过化学共沉淀法制备聚天冬氨酸稳定的磁流体,通过FTIR,TGA证实聚
天冬氨酸中羧基与四氧化三铁纳米粒子的化学偶联作用,并用TEM,Ⅺ①和
VSM研究了磁流体的相关性质,最后通过比较柠檬酸钠稳定磁流体和聚天冬氨
酸稳定磁流体的细胞毒性来表明聚天冬氨酸具有良好的生物相容性和低毒性。 成功制备了聚乙二醇接枝的聚天冬氨酸 PEG―g-PAsp 。一方面,研究了它与
十六烷基三甲基溴化铵自组装形成聚离子胶束的情况,并研究了该体系的各种性
质。另一方面,通过其与抗肿瘤药物阿霉素的化学缩合制备得到高分子药物聚乙
二酵接枝的聚天冬氨酸 阿霉素 ,将该高分子药物进行相关的小鼠毒性实验和
抗肿瘤实验,表明聚合物接枝阿霉素后大大减小了药物毒性但一定程度上降低了
药物的抗肿瘤活性。 制备了两种聚天冬氨酸的衍生物:聚乙二醇接枝聚天冬氨酸 P
