顺心捷达，根据其官网显示是顺丰集团旗下的公司，但我可以很负责任地说，跟顺丰快递优质的服务相比之下，顺心捷达这家物流公司简直不配跟顺丰沾边。顺心捷达怎么样？好不好？速度快吗？我们做贸易好多年了，顺心捷达不是最便宜的一家价格还偏中上，但绝地是服务质量最差劲和速度最慢的一家，我就说说我刚遇到的一个奇葩事件。我们给客户寄件，就算不同物流公司有速度差异，但一般的时间范围都是知道的，要是基于一些不抗力因素、或者物流工人短缺慢一点是可以理解的，但这件事情的问题并不在这里。一般流程是寄件地网点收货→运往寄件地中转站→运往收件地中转站→收件地网点拉货→送货。我们的货物订单状态一直显示在收件地中转站，打400客服电话问情况，得到了一些官腔回复，虽然明知道没什么作用但起码催一下以为会动一下，但结果几天又过去。最后迫不得已，让寄件地的对接人给他们顺心捷达收件地中转站的人的联系方式，得到电话后马上拨打，然而得到一个惊人的答案！答复是网点不愿意把货拉走！说我们的客户那个地址不想送！一方面在客户不停追问货物到哪了，另一方面得到这种神回复，我已经一万只草泥马跑过了！不愿意送？这么任性了？要是你送达不了，你顺心捷达是不是该收件时候说清楚？我们寄件时每一个地址都问过的，要是不确认我们就改能确认的物流公司送，再说在顺心捷达官网上也查询到提货方式为送货。后来跟客户一起各种脉络追查下，找到了收件地网点的手机，虽然这时候已经很毛躁了，但本着只想处理好这件货物把事情办好，打过去沟通协调，谁知道又出状况！客户手机打过去直接被盖掉，因为客户是收件人系统有提示吧。然后我用非寄件人手机打过去打通了，但对方一听到我问询这个单的情况，马！上！盖！掉！随后一直无法打通！顺心捷达这简直就是耍流氓吧？我们的货物怎么办？要是客户最后因为物流耽搁要退货，谁来承担损失！？最终也只能回到400客服问询情况，然而惊吓情节丝毫未减，客服说她们也在尽力联系这个网点，目前还在努力中……天啊，你们顺心捷达要是没能力管理好加盟的网点，就不要开物流公司来侵害客户利益了好不？每一个企业要做大做强，必须从口碑开始，别只顾着收了加盟费就不管下面那些小弟在乱搞了好不？对于寄件客户而言，本来只需要知道你的价格，物流时间、货物安全性就可以，但通过这件事，我还要介入到你们的架构和管理的缺陷上面来，最后还要我承担我的客户退货风险，这理找谁评去！？目前客户并没有收到货物，我们也正做好事后处理的的准备，例如退款给客户，但这件货物我们怎样拿回来，估计还得跟这家恶霸顺心捷达去周旋了，服气！！！以下是我和客户的聊天记录截图。发布于 2020-01-16 10:09}
