SOS求救，关于马来西亚银行转账！
各位福步朋友，
& && &我昨晚跟马来西亚客户聊，最后确定要100个摄像头，3500USD,运费180USD,但客户说要用“BANK TRANSFER”付款，他的意思是说他先打款到我们银行账号，我们会收到打款提示，
&&但不能马上取钱出来，要等我们把或发给他，然后把DLH的跟踪单后扫描给他那边的银行，等他们那边的银行确认单号正确，我们才可以把款从银行取出来，这是客户的原话（my (17:39:04):

基本哪家银行都可以，只要有外币业务。建议选择中国银行，因为中行很多年来一直是国内最专业的外汇专业银行。在银行开户后向银行要一个汇款路径通知国外汇款方即可，银行国际结算部门都有现成的，打印一份即可

境外汇款提供材料及流程：1.手续费50元，邮电费最少150，没有上限，具体根据汇款金额来定。2.汇款申请书一元一份，身份证复印件一元一份（共2元）；3.外币兑换的手续费2元。4.需要知道对方的银行名称、地址、收款人名称、帐号等。另：如果转汇行多的话，有可能以后会追加邮电费用。

再带上你本人的身份证在中国银行(开户的时候就要问这个网点做不做境外汇款的,免得开完了人家又不做,白浪费时间)开立一个个人账户,向银行人员说明需要境外汇款,接下来的就等着办理业务好了.
PS:人民币是不允许汇出境外的,所以要把人民币换成外币汇出去,需要你把存进账户里的人民币换成外币,马来西亚的话应该是美元的吧= =
