CBA球队到底需要怎样的NBA外援？
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&(CBA会师他们的选择吗？）&&& NBA还是停摆了，根据以往的经验，新赛季开锣前的一些列夏季训练营、季前赛、NBA中国赛之类的活动必然不会有了，至于新赛季能否如期进行，还得看看劳资双方是否真有解决矛盾的诚意……与此同时，大家不由自主开始关注这些NBA“下岗”球星“再就业”的话题。而他们的“中国淘金热”似乎成为了大家最为关注的热点。由此也产生了一系列值得深思的问题：CBA为什么比欧洲联赛更吸引NBA球员？具体有哪些NBA球员已经在向CBA俱乐部投桃报李了？是否有俱乐部会像中超的恒大队那样，愿意一掷千金的引进巨星。除了签约CBA外，像科比那样以巡演的方式圈钱的球员有多少？科比会来CBA吗？
本评论正是希望以这些问题为切入点，阐述一下本人对CBA如何在停摆大浪潮下把握时机以求得良性发展的一些浅薄认识。
首先先回答大家最关注的问题。科比眼下是百分之两百不会来CBA的，那些说科比会去上海给姚老板打工的新闻纯属惹眼球的无稽之谈！道理很简单，像科比这种级别的巨星，都是与所属球队有签订合同的。即使在停摆期间，合同依然具备法律效应，如果因为停工缘由试图转会，需要通过FIBA开具相关的特殊申请批条，办理相关的手续，才可以执行。可按照常理，国际篮联只有在极端特殊的情况下才会同意这样的申请，因此除非你已经是自由身球员，否则登陆CBA在程序上将极其繁琐，甚至可以说根本不可能实现。至于巡演圈钱，需要有主办方，有赞助商，需要与中国篮协疏通关系，关键还有目前可用的时间已不多，要成型也并非易事。其实我觉得大多NBA球星还是会像诺维斯基所表达的态度一样：继续等待！毕竟，他们也不差这点钱，没必要为生计瞎折腾！
科比虽然必不会来CBA，可不得不承认，如今CBA受青睐的程度确实高于欧洲联赛。我想其根本原因还是在于欧洲近年来的经济发展情况依然不够理想，经济危机的负面效应依然存在。雷霆队员克里斯蒂奇就表示，“别看欧洲联赛有那么多著名的球队，也就只有四、五支球队愿意给NBA球员支付顶薪，其余都由于承受各种压力只能打折引援……”因此相对风风火火的中国市场，相对近年来在中国风靡一时的“人傻，钱多，快来……”的言论，也如同NBA球星更普遍参与中国行以达到赚钱目的一样，CBA球队的吸引力自然大大提升了。
现实虽然不不可逆转，可要想在CBA出现一支同广州恒大足球俱乐部这种模式发展的球队，我想还是不可能做到的。尽管新疆一向愿意大洒金钱，可无论从规模、形式还是意义上，还是不及恒大。因此，在篮球圈内是很难诞生与维持“恒大”这种模式的。道理不难解释，毕竟篮球的市场规模就比足球的小很多，一支篮球队从建队到发展到壮大，所需要的运营成本与资金投入，要比同样经营一支足球队要少得多！因此在这样的大背景下，要求CBA球队有类似恒大模式的发展，是不现实的，是畸形的，更是不可能办到的……毕竟在池塘里又怎能容得了大大的鲸鱼生存呢？就是这个道理。
分析到这里，我们就应该考虑更深一层的问题了。我们的CBA球队，需不需要好的外援？NBA级别的外援？到底需要怎样的NBA外援才最为合适，最能达到双赢？山东队主教练巩晓彬的一席话点出了要害所在，“我们当然欢迎实力更强的NBA球员加盟球队，但我们需要的是能建立长期合作关系的球员，绝对不要那些一个月一签的临时工，哪怕他们有再强的实力……”
说的是啊！以往CBA就曾出现过这样不好的先例，NBA外援是给球队带来了一定的影响力，但他们显然更看重的是钱，而根本不尊重CBA，不遵守应有的规章制度，也不理会所属球队的感受，经常是随着自己性子来，说来就来说走就走！虽然不可否认，我们联赛的规章制度仍有漏洞需要完善补充，可如果连这最基本的东西都做不到，外援如此无组织无纪律，对整个联赛的品牌打造无形中抹了黑，外界只会更加轻视我们的联赛。
因此CBA球队引进外援，就得像巩晓彬所说的一样，不能让他有投机的心理，不能让其随心所欲，签约就是正式的签约，就要保证有一定时间的工作关系，并且对其有所制约。当然，在签合同钱，球队还是必须对球员进行一定程度的试训，否则去年北京队“弗老大”的悲剧又会重演……CBA需要NBA外援，但只有通过这种模式得到他们，对球队实力提升的同时，才能对联赛品牌的打造起到推波助澜的良性作用。这一点每个俱乐部都应该有清醒的认识。
NBA的停摆显然还会继续一段时间，其实大家也不必要太过悲观，反正现在也在休赛期，也没有比赛看，无休止的争论反而成为了继续关注NBA的噱头了！只有等到开赛期时仍然无法比赛，才是真正意义上的停摆！NBA停摆的连锁效应已经逐步显现，甚至已经影响到远隔重洋的CBA，遍布范围之广令人震惊，也许我们更应该从这点上看到自己与世界最先进联盟在全方位发展上的巨大差距！这显然更值得我们深思……

作为升入不久的新军，四川队只能四处网罗其他球队放弃的球员，孟达、张春军、王汝恒、吴楠、贾诚、陈晓东等，但这批球员却组成了最强的“复仇者联盟”，用他们的努力赢得总冠军——这也是对旧主最好的回击。对此，孟达和王汝恒表达了“不满”，前者曾随队打进总决赛，后者也曾是打进总决赛的男篮的首发球员。“从始至终我们都不管外界怎么说我们，我们抱着一种淡定的心态，用积极的姿态去迎接每一场比赛，认真执行每一个战术……我们没办法让所有人都喜欢我们，做好自己就行了。”张春军说，这名在总决赛打出身价的“超级蓝领”，目前已是全冠王——他还曾获得CUBA和NBL的总冠军。本赛季四川金强的执行力超强，从赛季前的引援再到简单实用的快攻战术，从总决赛揣摩对位球员的心理备战细节再到涉及人、财、物的后勤保障，这个团队都显示了超强的执行力。这是又一次速胜！有评论认为，四川金强几乎克隆了广州恒大的模式。不过周仕强却不敢自称“金强模式”，“CBA真正职业的俱乐部没几家，不是光靠砸钱就能取得成功的。”他认为，篮球无法做到足球的恒大模式，CBA与中超最大的不同之处就在于球员的流动性，而CBA本土球员在“双轨制”下难以在短时间内被搜罗到一起组建一支强队。让周仕强欣慰的是，基本都是川籍球员的金强青年队在前不久的U14青年赛上虽惜败于八一队，但已有“老四川”的风格，“应该是全国前六的水平。四川人个子矮，但我希望教练把这支队伍带出来，打球要快、准、狠。”他也承认，无论是一线队还是青训，都需要投资人真金白银地投入，“投资四川篮球十来年了，我苦恼过，但也很开心，我不吝惜，巴不得总奖金发出去，那样我就赢了。这个总冠军也不会影响我继续投资篮球的激情，事实上我们还有很多不足，需要时间去一一改变。”
