For example, health conscious people would not indulge inalcoholism or smoking, which would decrease the instances of drunk driving and passive smoking, further building a secure and more disease free environment.Moreover, people who look after their health would create a society that would not only be physically healthy, but alsobe mentally and emotionally balanced. Such a community would face fewer cases of emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety, which would have a positive impact on the future generation.
