　　首先学习一些实用的词汇和口语表达，让你在游泳池里"如鱼得水"。

　　公共海滩。临近城市的海滩，到了夏天人满为患，你可以观赏到"下饺子"的盛况。

　　中文以其形似青蛙游水而命名，英文只以动作命名，stroke既可以指手脚的一次划水动作，也可以指游泳姿势和游泳方式。
　　The "breast stroke" is when you start with your arms together in front and
draw them back in awide circular motion.
　　蛙泳就是两臂在胸前伸直，然后画一个大圈划水的泳姿。
　　backstroke 仰泳
　　仰泳的动作用英文可以这样解释：

　　"Treading water" means moving your hands and feet around so that you don't

When I was six, Dad brought home a dog one day, who was called “Brownie”. My brothers and I all loved her and did different things with her. Now, I want to share one of my experiences with you. Yeah, it's something about one of my favorite sports&&swimming. However, I have always afraid of swimming until I graduated from Senior High school. Now, I will tell you why I changed my ideas.
现在，我想与你分享我的一个经历。是关于我最喜欢的运动之一&&游泳。然而，高中毕业之前我一直很害怕游泳。现在，我告诉你为什么我会改变我的想法。
When I was a child, I often went fishing with my father. Unluckily, an accident occurred to me one day. I fell into the river suddenly and I shouted to my father &Father, help! help!&（Of course, I hadn't learned swimming skills at that time.）Then my father jumped into the river and saved me from the river as quickly as he could. There was nothing with me but I have no desire to swim anymore. I just too scared to touch water in rivers or swimming pools. I certainly lost my courage. My parents wanted to teach me how to swim but I refused. When I graduated from Senior High school, I thought I should change something in my life. I was an adult and I should have courage to face all the things I used to be afraid. I should try to swim. I got over my frightening to learn swimming skills and I made it. Since then swimming becomes one of my favorite sports.

I prefer swimming in swimming pools than rivers. The reason is simply. First, it's dangerous to swim in rivers because my swimming skills are poor. Second, swimming pools have the locker room where I can change my business clothes to my swimsuits. If it possible, I would like to go swimming with my friends.&
