到底 是哪 里错了？应该怎么解决？

那我就不知道了，要不根据它的提示设置环境变量CC为gcc试试看。而且一般源里会有cmake，不一定非要自己编译吧
尝试sh版的安装成功了
然后安装gromacs的时候还是出错

还是这个ld& &No space left
看来是这个的问题&&要怎么解决？& &df看磁盘空间还很富余的，
