电信乱扣费情况依然很严重收藏
今天交完宽带费后，进电信网上营业厅查询是否已进账，顺便查了下账单，发现从4月份开始，每个月话费中都有10块钱的增值业务费。
本人以前是电信员工，这种事情几乎每天都会碰到有用户来投诉，所以当然清楚这10块钱的增值业务费是如何产生的----属于自动开通
于是打10000号反映此事，大约半个多小时后，有杭州号码呼入我的手机，由于他们心虚，直接说给我退钱。我哪能这么甘心就让他们退给我钱。于是，问对方是我自己开通的还是你们给我开通的，那边解释为，电话营销过来的时候，自己同意开通的。然后我就强烈要求听录音，因为本来就没开通过，对方说核实后给我听（为什么现在听不到，因为没有真的录音，说核实后给我听，是需要时间去作假录音）。过了一会儿，杭州那边电话又来了，主动给我播放录音，做得还有模有样的，但是我一听就听出来了，我是用移动的手机的，电信的手机只有我老爸在用，录音里都是用普通话讲的，我爸普通话讲起来不标准的，这明显就把我当傻子耍嘛。当时我就怒了，把话务员骂了一顿，她解释道没必要骗我，多扣的钱又不是放进她口袋的，当时我就说，你的工资是你们公司发给你的，还是国家发给你的，然后她就无语了。
接着继续打10000号投诉此事，我自己在网上营业厅查询了手机的语音详单，手机的详单里是可以查询到呼入号码的（固定电话无法查询到），3月份和4月份都没有陌生号码打进打出过。投诉过程中，我要求双倍返还多扣的话费。
后来10000号给我回了2个电话，表示同意双倍返还。
后话-----如果电信公司不心虚，为什么第一个回电就问都没多问，主动爽快地给我退话费。如果电信公司不心虚，怎么可能同意双倍返还费用呢。
大家都去查下电信的账户吧，或许你的账户也有此业务开通着，吸着你的费用。我写下此文，是想发泄下心内的不快，之前一直以为电信道个谦就过去了，没想到用假录音来糊弄，真是骇人听闻！！！-----------------附上今天的通话记录，来证明以上内容不是吃饱胡诌的~
