«&All good , but no lifts&»
Nice property, but 3 floors without lifts. I felt sorry for the concierge guy who had to carry bags to the 03rd floor.
Not sure how HK carry their linen from the ground floor to the 2nd floor ?
Management needs to look into installing a lift.

Hi Z4347RNsamk, many thanks for your review. We understand the three flights of stairs can be an inconvenience and are happy to allocate a lower floor for your comfort in future. Our Housekeeping and Concierge teams are well-accustomed to this and have procedures to ensure that this is not causing any strain, but we will always do our best to assist guests with luggage. One positive - the golf course view from the top floor is definitely worth it!

We have stayed here before and found it to be very good value.
It is relatively close to the Gold Coast but far enough away.
The surrounds are well maintained.
The Staff are very friendly and cheerful, not wishing to differentiate between them but the Restaurant Staff who were most helpful given the circumstances of having overnight groups staying at the facility.
Thanks to the Concierge Staff who helped with our bags and also to the Desk Staff who were most courteous.
On small criticism however is the lack of an elevator for those who have a disability - 38 steps just a little much to get to the higher level.
Otherwise a great venue.
