展会聊的很好,但是回国后客户不回邮件怎么办?
我们去国外客户的公司里拜访过,当时谈的很开心,带我们参观了公司,接送我们到酒店,拜访过程中也谈了很多产品,问了很多价格,我们也给客户提供了很多专业性的建议,客户也表示我们是很专业的,谈完产品完全是一副马上就下订单的表情,说是我再整理一份更长的清单,你们回去报价后一起发货,我们高兴的离开了... 结果,就很悲剧了,因为客户不会讲英文,当时是在当地请了一个翻译,回来后就一直写邮件,但是客户就是不回复,我也没有办法给他打电话。
这种情况该怎么办呢?我总不能再飞到客户国家亲自问问吧

4月份是展会月,广交会,环球资源香港展,香港贸发局展会都开始了。很多朋友也去参展了,展会上拿到一些名片。那么展会后如何发邮件跟进客户呢?下面我来讲讲我自己的实际邮件模板和实用有效例子,希望对大家有点帮助,也欢迎大家补充。
展会回来第一封邮件:
主要目的是为了告诉客户我们在什么日期地点的展会见过。我们展位信息,我们是做什么产品的,有什么优势。然后就是附件附上展位图片,产品信息和客户合影照片,让客户想起我们,记得有我们这个公司,有你这个人。

over there!we just back to the factory.I gave you catalog yesterday and had a talk with you.

坚持一段时间,一定要想办法了解客户的需求所在,不然发邮件肯定石沉大海。如果一段时间还是没有任何回复只能放弃,可能不是真正的客户。
