Estate Agency and Related Services
Estate agency and related services form a core segment of the residential property services delivered across the UK. Our estate agency services are primarily focused on residential sales and lettings of properties in the UK, but this is complimented by asset management and financial services.
The estate agents operate under the Your Move, Reeds Rains, Marsh & Parsons, Intercounty, Frosts, JNP, Goodfellows, Davis Tate, Lauristons, Lawlors, Hawes & Co and Thomas Morris brands. These brands deliver estate agency services in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, with some estate agents focusing on particular local areas.
The asset management services, provided predominantly by
(LSL CCD), focus on repossession sales and include a specialised high value sales team. The Corporate Property Management division of LSL CCD provides a full suite of management services to multi-property landlords, offering tailored solutions for asset management, facilities management, lettings, risk mitigation, direct management, property portfolio auditing, market research and consultancy, and a range of other services. LSL CCD's client base includes banks, building societies, developers, institutional landlords, local government, offshore trusts, and PRS investment funds.
The financial services delivered are predominantly mortgage and protection brokerage, although intermediary networks are also operated by members of the LSL Property Services Group of companies.
Surveying and Valuation Services
Surveying and valuation services are delivered by e.surv Chartered Surveyors and in Scotland under the Walker Fraser Steele Chartered Surveyors brand. Surveys are produced for private house purchasers and the brands provide property valuation services for lenders for residential mortgage purposes.
e.surv Chartered Surveyors are one of the UK's leading firms of Chartered Surveyors and provider of residential valuation services. e.surv works with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers.
The monthly releases of the e.surv mortgage monitor provide a view of mortgage lending and the number of transactions within the UK housing market.

We have a proven track record of successful acquisitions which is down to our skilful and experienced team and flexible approach. House Price Indices
LSL Property Services plc releases a number of
which provide a comprehensive view of house prices across the UK. On a monthly basis an England & Wales
is released which is compiled using sold house price data collected by the Land Registry. Individual house price indices are also produced for Scotland and Wales.
The Buy-to-Let index is a monthly analysis of approximately 18,000 rental properties and tenancies from around the UK, figures for the whole country are inferred by scaling up from LSL's market share. The Buy-to-Let Index includes data on rents, arrears, yields and voids and provides an invaluable insight into the state of the rental market in the UK.
