有的小伙伴问:家里新买了一个水星无线路由器,按照说明书设置后不能上网;并且在上网设置选项处,查看到WAN口没有获取到IP地址。遇到这种问题的时候应该怎么办呢?小编整理了一下水星路由器WAN口获取不到ip地址时的方法,一起来学习一下吧。水星路由器WAN口获取不到ip地址的原因:一、宽带出现故障 如果你家里的宽带线路出现了故障,就会造成你的水星路由器,无法与宽带服务器通信,即水星路由器的WAN口获取不到ip地址。这里很多人可能就要问了,我怎么知道我家的宽带有没有出现故障呀?我们确实无法直接知道家里的宽带有没有出现故障,但是可以通过下面的方法进行检测。1、先把你的这台水星路由器拔下来,放在一边,暂时用不到它了。2、把你的电脑,用网线直接连接到猫的网口。如果你家的宽带,没有用到猫;那就需要把入户的那根宽带网线,直接插在你的电脑上面。3、打开电脑中的宽带连接程序,在里面填写你的宽带账号、宽带密码,然后进行连接上网。如果此时电脑能够上网,那么说明你家宽带没有出现故障。如果此时电脑不能上网,则多半是你家的宽带有问题;此时,请拨打宽带客服电话,进行故障申报。注意问题:(1)、如果用宽带连接拨号上网后,出现:691错误代码提示。这是因为你把宽带账号、宽带密码弄错了;可以拨打宽带客服电话,查询正确的宽带账号、宽带密码。(2)、如果你家的宽带没有宽带账号、宽带密码。则当猫或者宽带网线连接电脑后,就直接判断电脑的上网情况。二、用户设置问题1、水星路由器连接错误水星路由器中一般有5个网线接口,一个WAN接口,4个LAN接口(有些型号可能只有2个或者3个LAN接口)。如果水星路由器中的接口,用网线连接不正确,那么设置后也会导致WAN口获取不到IP地址。用水星路由器上网的时候,它的正确连接方式如下:(1)、水星路由器的WAN接口,需要用网线连接到猫的网口。如果你家宽带没有用到猫,则需要把入户的宽带网线,插在水星路由器的WAN接口(2)、需要上网的电脑、用网线连接到1、2、3、4号LAN接口中任意一个都可以。2、上网方式选择错误设置水星路由器上网的时候,有一个上网方式需要选择,如下图所示。上网方式有3个选项:宽带拨号上网自动获得IP地址上网固定IP地址上网如果这里的上网方式选择错误了,会直接造成设置后,这台水星路由器WAN口获取不到ip地址的。下面说一下上网方式的选择依据。(1)、宽带拨号上网绝大多数用户办理的宽带都是:宽带拨号上网,具体情况如下所示:在你开通宽带业务的时候,运营商会提供一个宽带账号、宽带密码给你。在未使用路由器的情况下,电脑需要使用宽带连接程序来拨号上网。如果你家的宽带符合上面的情况,那么你的水星路由器中的上网方式,就应该选择:宽带拨号上网,如下图所示。(2)、自动获得IP地址开通宽带业务的时候,运营商不会提供宽带账号和密码给你。在未使用路由器的情况下,电脑连接猫或者宽带网线后,电脑直接就能上网。这种情况下,在设置水星路由器的时候,上网方式就应该选择:自动获得IP地址上网。(3)、固定IP地址上网固定IP地址上网,这种宽带类型,个人家庭用户几乎用不到的。关于固定IP地址上网的判断依据如下:办理宽带业务后,运营商会提供一个IP地址、子网掩码、网关和DNS服务器地址给用户。在未使用路由器的情况下,需要在电脑中手动填写运营商提供的:IP地址、子网掩码、默认网关、DNS服务器地址,正确填写后,电脑就能正常上网了这种情况下,在设置水星路由器的时候,上网方式就应该选择:固定IP地址上网。3、宽带账号和密码错误如果水星路由器中的上网方式选择:宽带拨号上网;那么还需要填写正确的:宽带账号、宽带密码,设置后WAN口才能获取到IP地址。因此,建议大家拨打宽带客服电话,让客服妹妹帮你查询、核实下宽带账号、宽带密码信息。4、网线问题有时候,是因为连接水星路由器WAN接口和猫的这根网线有问题,才导致设置后WAN口获取不到ip地址,也无法上网的问题出现。所以呢,如果前面几个步骤都检查了,这里就检查下这根网线是否有问题吧。或者直接换一根网线再试一下。三、运营商限制用路由器目前,国内部分地区的宽带运营商,默认是限制大家使用无线路由器上网的。这种情况下,正确设置水星路由器后,WAN口仍然获取不到ip地址的,即不能正常上网的。但是,这个问题,可以通过水星路由器中的MAC地址设置这个功能来解决,如下图所示。选择当前管理PC地址的MAC地址这个选项,然后保存一下就可以了。以上就是小编整理的关于水星路由器WAN口获取不到ip地址的原因和解决方法,希望可以帮到你哦,更多内容请关注华强电子网哦。

刚买了个水星路由,WAN无法获取IP怎么回事
因为原来的路由经常掉线,就在京东买了个,然后发现这么个问题,猫直连可以连,账号密码绝对没输错,试了好几次
按网上的搜到的类似克隆MAC地址也没用
1,看看原来路由器连猫的时候用的静态地址还是动态地址还是pppoe,把新路由器的wan口设置设得一样
2,再看看电脑连原来那个路由器用没用dhcp,没用就把电脑上的设置改成自动获取ip地址,同时新路由器的lan口设置开启dhcp。否则还要看新旧2台路由器的ip地址是不是一样再进一步修改设置,没啥必要
看了下2个路由的默认设置本来就一样的,不知道为啥连不上
更悲催的是我今天还唯一一次在说明书上写上了无线密码啥的,现在是想换都换不了了

解决了,把WAN口速率和双工模式设置设置成 10M半双工,然后就可以用了
但是原理还是不知道,而且有种在用阉割版的感觉

10M还半双工... 这路由赶快扔了吧。

不登录路由器设置界面怎么查看wan口的ip、网关、子网掩码。路由器就是家里用的普通路由器,wan口设置的静态ip。

家用小路由器的WAN口是固化NAT转换的,单向,只向上转,无法将WAN口来的访问转向LAN口下面。不支持WAN口前面的任何静态路由跳转。
建议拿胶布封闭小路由器WAN口,网线改插小路由器LAN口,关闭小路由器的DHCP服务,当交换机用。坚决使用WAN口的话,就只能那样了。

既然已知ip是固定的,那问题可以简化很多了。
获取ip的方法很简单,将电脑直接插入wan口ip设置为10.66.0.65(理由是你tracert中的输出),掩码保险点,设置为255.255.0.0(尽量大一点),方法有2种,推荐你用第二种
1 开启wireshark一类抓包工具捕获arp包。然后重启路由器,并且在路由器lan口下用另一台pc访问10.66.0.65。这个时候路由器应该发送一个arp请求,找寻下级路由器,在wireshark里有形式如 who has 10.66.0.65,tell 10.66.0.64之类的提示,后面的那个ip,就是你wan口的ip地址了。
2 在wan口的pc上装个hfs之类的软件。lan口pc直接访问10.66.0.65,hfs上就有显示wan口ip了。
至于掩码呢,就比麻烦点。我想的方法是抓包+扫描,wan口电脑设置还是如上。开启wireshark,抓arp包。开启lan口电脑,使用snmp一类工具,扫描整个10.66.0.65/16的网段(掩码可以适当放宽)。当完成扫描,检查wan口pc抓的arp包,被请求的ip和wan口ip同在一个网段。整理一下,就可以获得该网段的起始ip和截止ip,从而推断出子网掩码。
不过从你的tracert的第二跳和第三跳的输出来看,子网掩码255.255.255.0的可能行很大。
至于网关嘛,你的tracert里应该已经有答案了。
