　　　　珠日河草原旅游区距通辽市人民政府所在地102公里，隶属于通辽市旅游局。旅游区占地6000亩，总建筑面积为3250平方米，整体设计突出民族特色。五个殿堂式迎宾包，坐落在1.2米高的平台上，气势磅礴，造型典雅，富丽堂皇，两侧是18个豪华型固定包和14个传统毡包，组成蒙古包群。建筑的正南面是周长为1000米的赛马场，通辽市一年一度的赛马节就在这里举行。旅游区为游客开展丰富多彩活动项目，主要有马队迎宾、赛马表演、祭敖包、博克（蒙古式摔跤）表演、访问牧户、射箭、打布鲁、骑马漫游、骑骆驼、乘勒勒车、篝火晚会、民俗表演等，还可品尝到手扒肉、奶茶等蒙古族风味食品。　　
　　　　蓝天白云相依，骏马羊群如梭,牧民的理想天堂就是这美丽的科尔沁草原中心地带――珠日河草原旅游区，距交通发达的通辽市101公里，在内蒙古这片辽阔的草原上，它展开博大的胸襟迎接来自五湖四海的游客。
　　　　这是一个蒙古人的民族家园，整体设计突出民族特色，鸟瞰全景区呈雄鹰展翅型。中间五个殿堂式迎宾包坐落在用汉白玉制成的1.2米高平台上。它气势磅礴、造型典雅、富丽堂皇，象征着成吉思汗和他的四大汗国，表现出浓厚的民族英雄气概。它周围的18座高级固定包，14座传统毡包组成一系列蒙古包群，可同时接待200多人住宿和500多人用餐。这也是一个游客的民族乐园，这里有热情洋溢的马队迎宾、精彩热烈的赛马表演、神秘庄重的祭敖包仪式、民族同乐的篝火晚会，还有搏克表演、牧户做客、射箭、射1、打布鲁、民俗表演、骑骆驼、骑马漫游等。在您尽情游乐的同时还可以品尝到具有科尔沁特色的“手扒羊肉”、奶茶和各种蒙古族风味的食品。
　　　　科尔沁文化是我国蒙古族文化的典型代表和集中体现，同时在近代的发展中融合了满族文化，满蒙通婚等制度使其在保留传统蒙古文化的同时又披上了一层神秘而高贵的色彩。珠日河草原旅游位于科尔沁草原的腹地，科尔沁左翼中旗境内，在清代国母孝庄文皇后及民族英雄嘎达梅林的诞生地。在珠日河草原您能深切地感受到的是科尔沁文化的博大、典雅和高贵。
　　　　在神奇的科尔沁草原腹地，镶嵌着上颗色彩斑斓的兰色宝石，这就是珠日河草原旅游区。旅游区距交通发达的通辽市区102公里，在304国道西侧7公里处。1994年，经国家旅游局正式批准立项并投资扩建，隶属于通辽市旅游局。
　　　　旅游区占地6000亩，总建筑面积为3250平方米。整体设计突出民族特色，鸟瞰旅游区呈雄鹰展翅型。五个殿堂式迎宾包，座落在1.2米高的平台上，它气势磅礴，造型典雅，富丽堂皇。东西两侧为豪华宴会厅和歌舞娱乐厅。这里是进行150人迎宾、300人宴会、200人娱乐以及购物、通讯、小憩、拍照的理想场所。迎宾包西翼是18个豪华型固定包，有44张床位，内设程控电话、闭路电视、沐浴室和卫生间。东翼为10余座具有民族特色的传统蒙古包，可接待100人住宿。住在这里，可尽情领略马背民族的情趣和梦幻般的享受。建筑群的正南面是跑道周长为998米，具有国际标准的赛马场，通辽市一年一度的赛马节就在这里举行。

　　　　7-9月份我觉得是比较好的旅游季节了．去草原一般都要看茫茫的草原，白白的云朵．这三个月份中午时候比较热，早晨＼傍晚很凉爽也可以说有些冷，晚上要盖被子的哦！我本人更喜欢９月份，因为刚刚入秋，草开始泛黄，随着秋风打着＜麦浪＞，牛羊都吃的很肥硕！

　　　　通辽火车站对面就是长途汽车站那里就有到珠日河的长途汽车．价格我有些忘了，不过不会太贵２０-３０人民币左右吧．坐１.５个小时差不多就到了．挺好找的

一年一度的哲里木节将于8月18日举行，地点为科左后旗博王府赛马场。届时，一场异彩纷呈的民族体育盛会将在“马王之乡”隆重上演。

真没看到赛马，就看见人了，赛场秩序不好，车没有地方停，交警就管领导车队不赌，老百姓的车堵死了，进去的出不来，外边的车进不来，停车场太小。哎，估计今年去过的人，明年是不会来了！
