非常感谢！试过了，可以调成白色。但是，关闭当前figure再重新打开另一个figure时，它的底板颜色还是灰色的，怎样才能把白色设为默认的底板颜色？这样就不用每次打开时都要调整
这个好像没有办法调整，我每次画图输出结果后都是自己调整的，因为没有找到保存为输出模板的选项，暂时只能用这种手动调整的办法。

估计是windows采用了灰色色调造成的。可以在 桌面-鼠标右键-属性-外观-高级-（点上面“窗口文字”区域）-在下面的“颜色”中改为白色
在每次画图之后用下面的命令可以将图形的背景色改为白色：set(gcf,&#39;Color&#39;,[1,1,1]);
% 修改背景色这个方法的缺点是每张图都需要调用一次这个命令，但其实也不算麻烦。我习惯于用命令修改图形大小以及图形中的颜色、字体、背景等，这样可以免去绘图后逐项修改的麻烦。特别是在需要统一风格的图形时，只需要拷贝相应的命令，无需对每个图形进行逐项修改。暂时还不清楚如何修改背景色的默认值。
